You're probably right. But in the worst case scenario, what if ending the c-ship takes more years? Wouldn't the theft of thousands of millions help Britney prove this stupid conservatorship doesn't work on her best interest?
There are already a lot of traces of where her money could have gone, but it seems there isn't anyone brave enough to investigate. It's easier to rant about Britney's personal life from the Justin Timberlake years to today (ofc highlighting 2007-2008) and play the impartial journalist by reaching out Jamie's lawyers to talk sh1t.

my takeaway from this is just how CORRUPT the California probate system is.

how quick Reva Goetz was to come out of retirement to take this case, quickly install Sam Ingham, appoint doctors etc. This was clearly something they were tipped off about or they got very lucky....

and it's now clear to the public who Lou Taylor is. Even if she isn't on record as the one who organized the conservatorship she planted the seeds that's for sure--she just let Jamie take the wheel and let him think he's driving.

it's interesting how they mentioned that Britney has people on her team that she hasn't spoken to or seen in years... I feel like LT is one of them! She just remains in the shadows pulling the strings.

Honestly Britney just needs to pack up and get the **** out of there and forget the money. Let the vultures have it!!!

the article is VERY sensational and I prefer the cleaner reporting of NYT  but I guess whatever helps to get the story out there?

they are a cornered animal right now - it might get very ugly, as its stands its either fighting her with everything they have and with zero restriction OR face jail time and horrible consequences.

While I’m glad an artist like her exists, after reading this article, I honestly almost wish she’d never become famous. She paid an extremely high price for this fame and fortune, which she can’t even use to her advantage in the end. I believe somewhere deep inside she probably feels the same. I pray there’s a light at the end of this tunnel for her. Once she’s out, I hope she retires for good and goes away to live somewhere in Europe.
