This! It's criminal negligence. It was his job to inform her of her rights and her options. He's just as bad as the rest of them. He probably knew that once she was aware of her rights, she would try to get her own attorney and he would be out of a job and $$$

Somebody needs to redo the timeline of the cship from 2018 onwards combining the voicemail and what Britney said yesterday. The voicemail from Britneysgram said Britney wasn't talking her medication, but she actually was and her management basically set her up when she chose to pull the plug on Domination for feeling overworked. A lot was confirmed yesterday, but a lot has changed as well. We need to put all the pieces together again to make sure we get her story right.

 

Also the thing with her therapist that died that we thought was going to help her being free was abusing her. So there is A LOT we didn't know and we got wrong since 2008

Being honest, and I'm not being dramatic, but if it were me in Britney's position, I would have killed myself a long time ago. What an amazingly strong woman, and I'm even more proud to be a fan of her.

Paris is lying about having contact with Britney in hopes of getting back into her life. We all know that she is a huge fan and loves Britney but she needs to stop lying.

Ok here's THE solution:

1. Terminate the conservatorship, at least of the person immediately. Conservatorship of the estate can stay but put some neutral, third party to handle her finances, with her signature as final approvals of all important decisions. Then slowly terminate it.

2. She needs people that she can trust and wants her well, healthy. Literally her family can't be trusted, maybe Sam and the children to rely on to check on her from time to time. They need to monitor her and make sure she still sees her therapist weekly. If she spirals out of control, intervene and maybe if it gets severe put her in a facility if needed, but not a conservatorship ( like any normal human beings) ( she clearly has a mental illness and that is okay and nothing to be ashamed of). But she gets to make all the decisions. They can advise her but she makes the decisions, she can veto anytime she wants.

3. She needs to be the main approval person of all her finances. All important transactions, deals and contracts needed to be signed by her, pre-approved by a lawyer and CFO she handpicked. She needs to hire a good CEO, CFO, manager to overlook her finances like a normal business, which does not intervene in her personal life.

4. She needs a completely new management team, where she calls the shots and approves only things she wants to do. End of. She's not some newbies that needed to be told what to do. and there's a handful of people dying to work for her.

5. If needed, she should also hire a personal accountant to take care of all her personal spendings and expenses. Give herself a budget to use. If she overspends (if this is a habit), the personal accountant has the duty to warn her. But Britney makes the final call whether to over-spend or not. 

This conservatorship is a scam and it needs to end. 

 

Someone needs to sit her down and tell her all of this, because I feel like they tricked her into this system and made her feel like she has no control but clearly there's a way out to manage her personal life and finances WITHOUT ever needing something as controlling as a stupid conservatorship.

1. on what grounds does she have to have someone manage her finances? Its her money and overspending is not a crime and she can do as she pleases with her hard earned money? Its her choice if she wants a financial advisor or not

 

2. On what grounds does she have to be monitored? People with mental issues live their lives freely, as long as shes not a danger to herself or others she does not need to be monitored, her loved ones will be there for her just like any other person has people around them but not because theyre legally obligated.

 

3. Again its her choice if she wants to hire someone to help her with contracts and business decisions, im sure she would anyway but this cant be a legal agreement to set her free

 

4. Yes she can choose her own management team but thats if she ever decides to work again.

we just have to stop acting like she needs to accept some sort of neutral grounds that “are not so bad” if she wants out of the cship, if she gets out its to be completely free there are not middle terms anymore and she has to be free because she has no reason to be ina. Cship to begin with, cships are not meant for people in her condition as she stated herself if she is competen enough to go on ww tours and provide money for herself and hundreds of other people it makes no sense to be in a cship  meant for people who cant provide themselves their more basic needs in everyday life

Looks like you internalised the narrative that team Con has been pushing for the past 13 years.

You probably mean well (at least I hope so) but NO there hasn't been any proof of a mental illness, only speculations by everyone except Britney. And NO she shouldn't be 'PUT' anywhere.

So 'CLEARLY' you need to check yourself first before you make assumptions based on lies and misogyny.

Literal goosebumps from how she confirmed every single theory and rumor we had regarding the conservatorship.

Britney may not know it, but she made history yesterday. I predict she will eventually be more known for some of the statements she made during the hearing than for her 2007 breakdown.

Nothing will ever be the same.

She literally just obliterated the entire entertainment industry and the way its run... this will have a similar impact to #MeToo. Theres also no way conservatorships in America will continue to be run the same way theyve been run from here on out. This is a civil rights issue that will snowball into government decisions and/or higher courts.

I havent yet fully digested how immeasurably impactful her statement was... to herself, to the industry, to the world... confirming a conspiracy, exposing a cabal of evil business people... this is SO HUGE!
