Britney and Sam are moving into an $11.8 million home in Calabasas

I wonder why she had the wedding at her last house instead of her new one. I’d think the last house would be traumatic for her due to the conservatorship and being recorded against her will there, and idk that I’d want to immediately sell the house that I got married in.

Kevin’s place is no where near as big and nice as Britney's. He's renting some place and she bought a mansion. Anyone (including Kevin) thinking they are on the same level is delusional. 

Whoever made that comment for Kevin did not do him any justice. They are grasping at any because Britney is thriving and there is nothing they can hang over her head. They snide comment and bullying do nothing and they don't know what to do!

I was wondering that. Maybe she wanted the last say in the memory of that house. Such was controlled, but this wedding was all her. Now when/if she thinks about that house, she'll think of her wedding. That's just my guess. The new home is a fresh start to a new chapter in Sam and Britney's lives together.

The house looks beautiful inside. However, I find it a pretty strange choice... it does not look private at all. You can see the neighbors' backyards next to each other, which makes it pretty intimidating to me 

 

I'm not saying I don't like it, I just find it a weird choice for 11 million dollars

The house looks beautiful, but it's such a downgrade from her previous one in terms of land, view around and interior, imo. And it is also curious that this new house was sold on June 10 to B

I don't think he saved any of it. So he had nothing to put down. If he were smart, he world have been saving from the jump and would be pretty well off. When you have 4 kids and they all go to private school (minus Preston and Jayden since we know Britney pays for their schooling), that's going to add up. MVK isn't free and he's been running his mouth for a while. Kevin is probably living check to check.

I wonder if Shar has to pay him child support or does he pay her by using Britney’s children’s money?

It’s only 350 m (less than 5 min power walk) away from the house Britney rented/leased back in 2009 before buying her Thousand Oaks home, so she’s familiar with the community.

I had the same thought, but then I thought about how YouTubers would sometimes do house tours just before they moved out of that house. I think they feel more comfortable with everyone knowing the specific layouts of their house when they know they won’t be there for much longer. Maybe Brit felt the same about the wedding. Like, it’ll make a nice venue; then I’ll get out and live somewhere more privately.
