She's still got her Thousand Oaks home to sell, and she's definitely getting more than $14M out of it considering the real estate boom across the nation. So its more of a straight trade with taxes added on top of it than an upgrade.

Because the kids are growing up and can now say when they want to see their mother. They do not have to follow the custody agreement that much anymore if the boys want to see her.

I am glad to know how in the last days he balanced his old mansion, filling it with love and healing with it. You created a last moment there and your wedding there is very symbolic and liberating for me, I see it as a great spiritual step ''I make peace with this home, but I close this chapter and start writing a new story. I really liked the fact that you took the house for your ceremony, and now I understand it better, this is so healing. So happy for your new home and new chapter together with sam there. 💕

It’s a heavily gated community with a lot more celebrities in the neighborhood than her house on White Stallion Road.

Guys, Boys are in their mid teenage years. I’m pretty sure they dont care about spending time with their parents .  It’s All about friends and maybe first girlfriends
