I really hope this movement creates some change not only for Britney, but for other people under conservatorships. We need more oversight and regulation to prevent civil rights abuses like Britney's.

I have a feeling their response will be very underwhelming.  Probably “this is a private matter that is being cared for by the United States Judicial System” and MAY include “allegations are being looked into by the court system.  There is nothing to worry about, Ms. Spears is in good hands.”

They're definitely going to patronize us. Mostly because this petition is SOLELY focused on Britney and not conservatorship abuse as a whole.

I signed it, though I'm not from the US. Do they have a way of knowing whether or not foreigners signed it? And does that impact the result? Does anyone know?

Look it up on google I think some cases took up 200+ days to respond so you never know 🤷🏽‍♂️
