Her **** tests  were only publicised after she shaved her head and her child support hearings  had to do court appointed **** tests. Before that the judge in her custody case called her a 'habitual and frequent substance user', all other things in that case were sealed.

There was also a story about her leaving chateau marmont to pick up a brown parcel.

What judge? The corrupt judge ...her tests were all negative.Her shaved hair has nothing to do with *****, there is no more reliable test than blood or urine tests.

Not inferring whether Britney was or wasn't (as you say) "addicted to *****." However, millions of people struggle with addiction/substance abuse. That does not = conservatorship. Instead, she was thrust back into the limelight months after everything went down. She wasn't taught the tools to cope, instead she was essentially isolated from everyone and everything. Sure, that technically worked to keep her away from ***** (if true), but it came at a major cost. People can overcome obstacles like this without having their rights stripped away from them permanently.

I agree, I mean people like this person ... how are they going to think that her sister or family is not going to act according to her benefits? I am almost sure that they to the people behind the scenes, sell this narrative.

This!! I also think that maybe many of the GP that are pro-cship grew up with relatively stable parents in a mostly pleasant environment. Jamie is a controlling, complicated, toxic person (even when sober). He also comes off as a bit of a narcissist. Most people don’t know what it’s like growing up with someone like that. They can’t imagine a father, a mom and siblings wouldn’t have the best interests of their loved one in mind especially when said loved one may have mental health issues. It’s hard for people to wrap their brain around it. 
 

We can see the effects that Jamie’s behavior throughout the years had on this family. Look at Lynne, Bryan and Jamie Lynn. All complicit. Actually I think they’re afraid of him to an extent. Gathering together as if nothing is going on. Looking the other way, putting family drama on the back burner or however Jamie Lynn wants to put it. They are accustomed to dysfunction. Jamie’s behavior is just no big deal in their minds. They make excuses for him to justify what he does. That mentality also has extended to Lou Taylor. They see nothing wrong about her “business” dealings. 

The only one who’s not accepting being controlled or normalizing abuse is Britney, but she’s supposedly the “unstable” one.

Are you mentioning Brenda? She wasn't the family court judge. Don't forget CPS were involved. Not true, blood and urine only go back days but hair goes back months.

Kevin has had the same vetting as Britney and here we are.

It’s not adderall lol that is not “unflattering light” it’s something much more stigmatized, it could be suicide, mental illness, hard ***** such as **** but this is not all over adderall. The public already knows she took adderall.  Although calling any mental illness or suicide “unflattering” is horrible stigmatizing terminology.

So this is just the thought that kept popping into my head while reading his tweets and reading through this thread. It’s entirely possible that when he says the reason for the c-ship “isn’t flattering” for her, he may just be talking for a place of internalized stigma. He may just be talking about a suicide attempt, a stigmatized disorder, etc, he might not be referring to her doing any kind of awful thing. Even if she did do something bad, it doesn’t warrant a conservatorship for 12 years. Maybe her handlers led her to believe she did something horrible. In FTR she talks about how even when you’re in jail you know there’s a time when you’ll be free, maybe she feels like the c-ship is her endless jail sentence for whatever she did, even if all she did was have a breakdown.

Sorry for how ramble-y this is, I hope it came across at least a little coherent lol.
