TMZ reports Britney Spears is not being held hostage by her conservatorship, claims she could be under the conservatorship for life

So Britney’s the one person in the world who’s meds they just can’t get figured out?  There are plenty of other people who have way worse mental health struggles without going on world tours and releasing albums, but Britney still needs one?  If her mental health is so bad, why did they keep forcing her to work since 2008?

The fact that they’re trying to keep her under the conservatorship for life... Britney has never had full freedom and they really just want to ruin her life forever. Wow. 

These articles always only come out when #FreeBritney gains momentum. I’m sure it has to be her team scared as hell of being exposed. Well, they should be scared. They should rot in jail for what they’ve done to Britney.

I’m so over this bull**** narrative that she cannot take care of herself. She is a superstar who’s managed to record albums, perform and tour the world, present at award shows, elect to have plastic surgery etc ETC post-2008 !!!!! but somehow she needs caretakers? It makes absolutely no sense.

Them throwing in the bit about how Jamie did not act alone but he had lawyers, doctors, therapists all agreeing and submitting to a judge doesn’t mean ****!!!! It just means they were ALL corrupt and complicit in this scheme.

They are not telling us something we dont already know and what the media specially TMZ has reported.

I really am hating that people think that Britney dancing videos are a sign of her mental state because she dances the way she does. We as fans have seen that she is not the good dancer dancer she once was, she has grown stiff and her movements are lacking and somewhat robotic.

 

The media and specially TMZ makes sure that for 100 people talking about free britney there are 200 articles saying why she would not be released from conservatoship. We will never trully understand what is happening with Britney. They will neevr let her talk about it and she would never do something that endangers her agreement to see her kids. I do believe britney has mental health problems but no way are they as bad as what is getting made out . 

Hope the public dont fall for this we all know someone with mental health problems but britney has super control over hers . It's actually quite remarkable how she can do world tours interviews Vegas . If her mental health is so bad why is there no cancelled interviews shows etc it doesn't make sense they are making as much money out of her as possible.

They know they're caught and are trying to scare us with britney will hurt herself . Remember britney's mental health is so bad she can do interviews world tours etc . None of this makes sense .

I really hope britney gets her freedom there are other ways to help someone with mental health problems without stealing all they're rights and money .

IF Britney needs a conservatorship for mental illness (I'm not saying she does) there are other options available.  The fact that they don't try them says it all really.  For starters, if she needs court supervision due to mental illness, then how about she be put in the correct type of conservatorship for that?   Better yet, how about they try a Supported Decision Making agreement? Available in California.  Britney would have a say in all decisions regarding her life and business.

Exactly!  THIS is what enrages me about the illogical arguments: either a) the conservatorship is successful so Brit is thriving and happy, or b) conservatorship is unsuccessful which is why Britney is unstable, unhappy, and uncooperative.  You can’t justify the conservatorship’s effectiveness if it is based solely on necessity rather than outcome. After 12 years, if you can’t handle the patient, you’re doing something wrong and a second opinion is in order. But this is in stark contrast to her posts where they keep showing us: look! Britney is functioning and is happy! Get your stories (lies) straight! She can’t be both stable and unstable at the same time: stable enough to do tours but unstable enough to warrant stripping her of all human rights and controls.  Essentially, they’re treating her like a circus monkey. 
 

Moreover, what they completely leave out of this disgustingly biased narrative is her conservator father is the reason her sons want their distance! He was cited with physical abuse! How can Brit see them if he is the overseer?  And it further highlights what she has said all along that she has been threatened with her kids into compliance.

If anything, this makes me more of a #freeBritney supporter than less.  I hate having my intelligence repeatedly questioned and insulted.
