Madonna needs to retire ASAP if she continues to perform this way. Check out this awful recent performance

oh wow, this hurt so much to watch.................. I know Madonna since 1992 (that's 30 years ago!) and this is the FIRST TIME I see her in decadence...... SHE LOOKS AND MOVES LIKE QUASIMODO, I CAN'T :tiffanycries_ny_new_york_miss_tiffany_pollard_crying_tears_sobbing_sad:
She should quit performing already, no one can fight time. I'd hate it if she started making a fool of herself and tarnishing her legacy, like she is starting to do here... Also, STOP HUMPING PEOPLE OMG :nyheadache_miss_ny_new_york_tiffany_annoyed_head_rub_irritated_red_tired:

Like the second hand embarrassment she gave me because from this performance

Definitely the essence of the human being has been lost for a long time, what a disgusting humanity... be better people guys and vibrate high.

Madonna is the queen of pop forever, she has nothing to prove and if she wants to get a cucumber on stage it's her decision

... I would love for Britney to be 63 years old moving on stage like that and singing loud enough to be heard with her backtrack. Madonna is the same age as my mom and I am glad to see that she is still being Madonna.

Is she though? Haven't seen her dry hump every minute into a song for most of her career, or have you... And these outfits... What is that body proportion that she tried to achieve? And what does this performance tell us about a future tour?

Wonder if she even has friends in her own age, from whom she could get a lesson in gracefully aging.

I am shocked by some of the comments. Haven't we learnt anything after 2007? Let her do what she wants, it is her stage anyway. I wish for her a longer career, until and if she decides to retire. She already has a long career, has nothing to prove at this point. We are all going to be old some day, let her enjoy!

If she needs to retire because of this, then Miley Cyrus should've retired since 2013.

Y'all don't deserve any "icons" or idols if you're gonna treat them like that the moment they're not young enough or good looking enough or sharp enough for your standards. You have no respect for actual legends and I think it might be a cultural thing, because I feel like in Latin America we're more used to having artists performing until an old age even if they're not "in their peak" anymore, Juan Gabriel being the first that comes to mind. At the end he was in very bad shape and his voice wasn't the same anymore, but people loved just being able to see him onstage, and he sold out stadiums until his last day. His last performances didn't tarnish his legacy or whatever people always bring up. It was precisely because of his legacy that he received so much love until the end, despite him not hitting all the notes or not being able to move as when he was younger.

People age, and some will age worse than others, they won't dance the same, they won't sing the same, they definitely won't look the same, even less a person like Madonna who's always desperately trying to be controversial, because that's been her thing all her career, but people still seem to not understand her.

She doesn't need to retire, y'all who are so offended by her current state just need to stop checking on her.

Nobody is talking about retiring because of her age though. It’s evident that something is going on behind the scenes with her and rather than continuing to perform like this, she should get whatever it is that she’s going through sorted out first before performing again. If she continues to perform like this, she will become a joke. We can agree to disagree but one thing that’s evident here is how bad of a performance this was for an icon like Madonna.
