Don’t they see how weird it is, now that the debate is fired up again, they start a smearing campaing against her, or making her post videos saying that all is well in wonderland? Lmao

Pure smoke and mirrors

The gays will not stand for this

but it also kinda makes all past unfortunate photos less believable, hence overall her public persona looks cleaner :ponderney:

the world of entertainment is a small world, if she appears with the phrase #FREEBRITNEY  in her clothes, she could be censored by anyone who has a relationship with Larry or Lou and lose a job

I cant find anything particularly shady. Or anything really. Just an article about Viacom and Clippers owner.

Well , i already saw 2 cases where he is involved on conservatorship . He want once for the c-ship, and the other one against.

Sterling's case

What i found odd is that for the first case where he was pro c-ship,  the sterling case he went along with what the conservator asked, here is a voice mail left by the Sterling the conservatee  to Dr Spar:

“I’m gonna get you fired from UCLA because you’re nothing but a tramp. How dare you let someone use you that way?” Sterling said. “You know, you rely on doctors. You think that they’ll be above it all. But obviously you’re not. You’ll sell yourself for nothing. How dare you? How dare you give my records to a lawyer for the purposes of using it against me?

RedStone 's case

In the second case he was hired by Redstone, and guess what he said that Redstone was fine and didn't need a c-ship .

Looks like he just goes for who pays him

I find it interesting that this Dr Spar was also involved in the Redstone  case. Wasn’t that one of Samuel’s corrupt cases?? https://www.google.com/amp/mobile.reuters.com/article/amp/idUSKCN0YP085

In this article his opposing counsel called him a “paid medical expert” it’s funny how he deems a 95 year old  client who hired him who seems by all accounts to have a questionable mindset as capable meanwhile Britney is not. Very strange to me.

besides that the only thing we really seem to have that stuck out to me that was weird was that he was involved in some kind of seminar with Judge Goetz and Samuel Ingham

Spar judgement seems to go along with ever hire him, he never went against his "boss"

Samuel's corrupt case is the casey if i'm not mistaken,

oh and it's funny how all those cases are all about 80+ years people....

I found this review on a Facebook page for the Catherine Folk Organization. No idea what that is? But this is our guy....

Dr. James Spar, MD, UCLA: If someone finds herself/himself subjected to threats of being declared incapacitated, Spar is the number one spokesperson, expert witness to defend against guardianship. He is an outstanding Psychiatrist who evaluates "capacity" for elders and others being challenged! He will look for capacity as opposed to looking for in incapacity!   https://www.estateofdenial.com/2011/04/10/psychiatrist-testifies-in-false-case-of-financial-elder-abuse-suit/

And another one:

If anyone near UCLA finds a family member about to be subjected to court incapacity proceedings, Dr. Spar is the go-to expert to have on your side.  He does not believe in removing constitutional rights at the drop of a hat the way many others do.  And he is an expert that judges listen to.

i just don’t get it :xfactorlook:

Pay him and he will help you to fight the c-ship by making an evaluation that goes in your direction .

That is not how i conceive medicine, you don't "hire" a doctor . That's so f**ked up

Here is  a case where, he never met the "subject" and just goes based on another doctor reports, of course he goes along the doctor conclusion .

tape ctrl + F and written spar in the search bar so you don't have to read it all .
