The repost is immediate after the deletion so unless britney or cassie are waiting 24/7 to see if Insta deletes so they can repost, this theory is unlikely

Just noticed it's been reposted again. Not sure if Britney's own Insta is taking it down (we know they've deleted posts in the past) or if Instagram themselves are doing it?

Could it be that many people are reporting this pic and instagram takes her down and her social media manager posts it back? But why the photoshop though.

I really doubt it’s Instagram doing the deleting! Celebrities (verified accounts) post “nude” pics all the time “in the name of art”

However, you reposting etc. is an entirely different story.

As some others said, it would be immediate the deletion.

First pic was unfiltered, second one was filtered and photoshopped (she had no freckles on her chest)

Third one is the same as the original but with the filter (and no photoshop), so I think it's intentional

mhh interesting, i guess Instagram is taking it down. I don't think it is the social media manager, because it is the person that has to post it first, doesn't make sense that the same person who posts it takes it down...

are they like arguing behind the scenes ? Britney puts it and someone takes it down ? that's the only explanation I can find.

There are no nips. This doesn't violate Instagram's terms. Instagram wouldn't take this down. The Britney account is removing the photos.

If Instagram allows these photos, they can't remove Britney's topless photo:
