In my opinion its very stupid that people are so judgemental already while he hasn't even been to court or something. Anyone can say those kind of things. Ofcourse its very possible he did it, but first wait for the court instead of blaming him already without any proof. Stupid world is going crazy tbh.

WTH??!! Do you even know what you’re talking about?? I don’t think so.

Have you taken time to watch the 6 part documentary on Lifetime App? You should. When you do then come back here and tell me you STILL stand by what you just said and that you STILL believe ALL of these women and their parents are making **** up. If you STILL don’t believe R. Kelly is a sick child ****** that brainwashes girls & women and holds them captive at his houses and recording studio, making them his *** slaves who have to ask his permission to go to the bathroom or eat, who beats them and takes away their food for 3 days to punish them when they disobey their “Daddy”, then there is something severely wrong with YOU too!! :icant2:

FYI he was tried and acquitted for child pornography. Despite there being video of R. Kelly f**king 2 underage girls, one as young as 14 years old-who he began having *** with when she was 13. The girl and her parents refused to cooperate and lied saying it wasn’t her on the video yet her own cousin testified under oath that was her little cousin. R. Kelly is manipulative as ****. He films himself having *** with minors. He picks females he senses are vulnerable, weak and young because he can controls them better if they have no strong family support and low self esteem.

Basically if you need a comparison he’s a twisted psychopath that takes advantage of people just like Sam Lutfi does. Only difference is Sam Lutfi isn’t a ****** predator.

ETA- If you actually watch the docu R. Kelly’s former employees finally gotten the balls to tell what he’s been doing to girls and women since the early 1990s, nearly thirty years. Aaliyah’s ex-bf is speaking out about how she really felt about R. Kelly. Tbh I’m just as disgusted who worked for him that saw EVERYTHING but stood by doing and saying nothing about what he was doing. I think they should be facing consequences too. Unfortunately they won’t.

Finally, no I don’t think Outrageous should be removed off of streaming services. Are we now expected to remove every song he’s worked on for other artists? It’s different to me with Lady Gaga because their song is a duet and the lyrical content isn’t the same as Outrageous.

I kinda understand annonimous point of view. Even if this is obviously a clear as water case.

Man are also accused of being rapists or abusing their girlfriends, and sometimes they are innocent, but end up being followed by those allegacions for life.

In my country, when we were studying something for my class (I study law), we saw a case of a woman who accused his ex-boyfriend of abuse, **** and ****. Turns out she invented I don't remember why, but it was awful, and the poor guy was still haunted by those accusations, even when fake because, remember, the rumor always gets viral, but the truth doesn't.

In R. Kelly's case, yeah, he's obviously guilty.

What’s interesting about Outrageous is that I don’t even think Britney likes it...maybe BECAUSE of his involvement?  It’s alleged that Jive had an agreement with R. Kelly for her to record his song for her album, since they were labelmates.  Apparently, Jive wanted it as the first single, but Britney fought hard for MATM (since she really wanted control of ITZ).  Jive then wanted it as the second single, again Britney fought for Toxic.  I guess, at some point, they struck up a deal to have it as the theme song for the Cat Woman movie and that it would make a ton of money being the major song from a huge movie...I suppose Britney couldn’t say no to that.  What’s really weird, is that they went to film this video...and R. Kelly only has very few, minor background vocals on the song, so it wouldn’t be expected to have him in the video, but they went out of their way to get Snoop Dogg for the video...and there was never any talk of Snoop having recorded a feature for the track.  I’ve always wondered if that was Britney’s way of saying “F you” to R. Kelly.  She also only performed it on one tour and never performed it for any of the ITZ promotion.  I really don’t think she likes the song.

This is the same logic as wanting to bring a building down because it was built by criminals or what else.

That’s....not even close to the same logic. People who build buildings don’t get royalties every time someone pays the rent or their bill on time. Every time you stream a song/album for R Kelly you are financially supporting him, even if it is on a small scale.

Personally, I put my money where my mouth is. I actively support things/people that I like and make a point to not support others. For instance - I’m gay and I will never give Chick-til-A a single penny...but, that’s just me. My morality takes over in situations such as this.

Noooo, I'm not deleting it. I love Outrageous.

I mean I don't support R.Kelly for all that mess and I don't want to support him through the music. But I feel like I want to separate these two things. I llooovvveee music and unfortunately some of his too. "Ignition(remix)" and "Fiesta(remix)" are one of my favourites.

Lady GaGa has a reason to comment on and deleting "DWYW" as if not the songs lyrics would be like a support of a ********* in this case....

It wouldn't make sense.

Gaga is deleting a duet with R Kelly called Do What You Want With My Body for obvious reasons. She had to apologize for this messed up song and for the weird ****** performances.

I’m a Gaga fan and I had no idea she did a performance of this song with R Kelly. Or I did and just forgot. When was this? Cause I’m disgusted. Gaga did the right thing apologising and removing the R Kelly version of DWUW but at least the Xtina version is still up as I actually do like the song.

As for Outrageous, I feel like it’s a bit different with that song as R Kelly was not actually featured on the song, he only produced it (can’t remember if he wrote it or not), it’s not like he sang a verse on the song and I don’t think Britney even met R Kelly before, it’s just a song submitted to Britney that she ended up recording for the album, not to mention Britney and R Kelly were label mates at the time.

Apparently Britney doesn’t like the song and she also had to fight to get MATM released in place of Outrageous. She hasn’t performed it since Onyx. I mean the song is okay, it’s not a BAD song, but it’s nothing special imo and I don’t think it was the best single choice, but ITZ would feel very weird without it. I think it is possible R Kelly may get royalities from the song due to his contribution but I’m not sure how that works. But I don’t see RCA/Britney’s team wanting to remove the song from the album.

That sounds exactly like one famous case (or infamous, should I say) in Mexico with music producer Sergio Andrade. :idkney:

This one was even dirtier, well, I haven't watched R. Kelly's doc, but here the girls had children with him, and a famous popstar was involved in this whole mess, and her daughter died while they were hiding in Brazil, because of a negligence, precisely because they weren't allowed to leave the room without his permission. There were punishments, involving them having to eat a mixture of rotten food or things that were very disgusting, and if they puked they had to eat their own vomit.

Well, it's a long story, the thing is that the case was treated very badly. There were a lot of interests between the two biggest television networks in Mexico, one of them accused the pop singer, Gloria Trevi to be Sergio's accomplice in the "kidnapping" of the girls (the story goes that all these girls were left by their parents with Sergio Andrade, so they could become as famous as Gloria) because she used to have an exclusive contract with them but ultimately moved to the other network. They spent around 4 or 5 years in prison, but they weren't paying a sentence yet, they were just waiting for a resolution all those years. Ultimately all of them were set free (there were two other women accused as accomplices) and Sergio is still free after all these years, and apparently he keeps doing the same but in a low profile. Gloria resumed her singing career and I think she's actually more successful now than what she was in the 90's, but a lot of people still call her criminal, murderer and many other things.

Well, there were many things that happened, and it would be tooooo long to explain but the thing is if the media had helped to expose him as the guilty of this case, and all of the girls felt secure about speaking against him, he would still be paying for his crimes. But instead, that television networked tried to also put Gloria as the main guilty, paying some of the girls to declare against her with so weak and irregular arguments that ultimately led them to set her free, but as a consequence Sergio was freed too. The rest of the girls that talked positively about Gloria, remained hidden back then, and only spoke about it many years later. It didn't helped either, that Gloria was still so "in love" (or brainwashed) by him, that she never spoke about him. Even years later she refused to touch the subject until a few years ago.

They performed together two times in 2013 (SNL and AMAs). They also recorded a music video directed by Terry Richardson that was never released. Her team is deleting all the videos from Youtube.

Oh wait I think I remember the AMAs performance now. Thank god these performances are being taken down.

Actually r kelly was being charged with child pornography around the same time in the zone came out. The stations where I live were playing outrageous and toxic all the time. I know people knew about r kelly before that but that was the first time I was ever hearing of it. And we all know how Britney doesn’t pay attention to pop culture so she probably had no clue and still doesn’t to this day.

Deleting a song would also delete Britney's work on the song too.I really don't think it would do anything to him at this point.

I think Britney and her team probably knew because it was scandalous.A 27 year old man got married to a 15 year old child. But things were different back then.People couldn't speak about those things like today.
