As I said, I agree that the title should be changed. As it was already updated by Jordan (I believe, I can’t tell if it was him or the OP or another Mod since there are 10+ pages of moderation history on this thread alone) there is not much I can do.

Dude, if she was out enjoying an ice cream cone while happily conversing with people, you’d still respond with “this is all so scary to watch unfold. She’s struggling and isn’t getting the help/support she needs” let’s be real here. You are one of several of members here that are blowing this way out of proportion.

She wasn’t yelling or attacking anyone, you could barely hear a word she’s saying over all the other noises going on. Plus if she was making a scene, other people would’ve been looking and recording as well, not just one lone creep at a table near her’s. Also, I didn’t know putting a menu up to cover your face was such a big ordeal. Get real.

What I see is one of those restaurants that is so noisy everyone has to shout, and words are swallowed up. Britney looks relaxed, leaning back, and she may or may not be irritated. Since she has to raise her voice even in conversation, it's impossible to know. She keeps flipping up her menu like a shield when she spots a camera ( I'm assuming) which is actually pretty funny.

The video doesn't show what the description says is happening. Honestly, I don't know how any witness could get an accurate read of the situation, because it's so noisy. If she was mad, it could be because the ambience sucked. If they think they saw Sam leave in a huff, maybe he didn't like the restaurant, or the picture-takers, maybe he just left to get the car, like someone said. Maybe he went to the bathroom.

I find it frightening that this is the level of information that gets Britney written about in this manner. The pressure on her is enormous. I am starting to wonder why she doesn't break from that town, even for a few weeks. Break from America, in fact, not some resort place full of more Americans, but Europe, for example. (Maybe just my own preference).

And...TMZ? Really? Has everyone forgotten the axe they grind over Britney?

You are so right. I would simply ignore TMZ if they weren't used as a SOURCE of info in COURT DOCS. See...that's the problem with fake news, these established organizations are used in court whether they are correct or not.
