so she’s against conservatorship abuse but is an attorney in Britneys case? Isn’t that kind of ironic:sad_britney_ftr_for_the_record:

Well most of the time those well paid lawyers don't really care about who's getting hurt or who's wrong or right. Their only goal is to win their case because that usually means that they get a lot of $$$ and more lucrative cases. :sippinga_gaga_hotel_ahs_drinking_sipping_wine_spill_tea:

I doubt that she considers Britney's case as a conservatorship abuse. They are the good people keeping her away from malicious people that will take advantage of her/their fortune.

She would never admit any kind of abuse. She even laughs about. She's pathetic. :trash_throw_away_recycle:

"the only sure fire way to assure that there won't be any litigation is to have nothing to fight about"

:oprah_well_there_you_have_it_proof_see_hand:

So if Britney was broke back then as some people claim, there wouldn't be any conservatorship at all. But because they knew she wasn't, and they knew the potential fortune she represented even if it was true she had no money, that's why we're here 13 years later. Thing is, even if we all "boycotted the brand" now, the fortune still exists just with the royalties alone from her pre-2007 stuff.

So the solution is not that. Not even Britney refusing to perform for two years, which is what has really hit them the most, has made them say "well, we give up with the conservatorship" so I don't think anything will make at this point. What we need is for the judge to rule out how unnecessary the conservatorship is and has ALWAYS been for Britney, and to the very least, remove Jamie and his lawyers from anything related to Britney's personal life or finances.

It’s a sport for these people. Andrew Wallet called it an experiment (Britney’s Gram podcast). They don’t care. They are testing the system despite their actual beliefs.

At this point they are saving face as much as possible. They know it’s over and they will do what it takes to get away with it.

I'm a bit confused. She's sounding like she's sorta saying she's against it IF abuse and corruption is present.

But.... In Britney's case it IS.

Is she showing her true colors and is against it or is she just playing the role of a good lawyer who's being informative andto tjthe public? She's playing both parts.

Exactly.  Seasoned lawyers pointed out that during that period, her estate was at least worth $40 million, in that range.

"Streisand, who said he was referred to the singer by her custody lawyers at Trope and Trope, had also questioned the expertise of court-appointed co-conservator Andrew Wallet, claiming that he didn't have the expertise to handle the estate or the trust, given that Britney's estate is worth $40 million, encompasses 15 separate entities and is in the middle of a $17 million audit."

And it's still a mystery as to who was really responsible for this:

'BRITNEY SPEARS HAS BEEN ROBBED, HER SELF-PROCLAIMED LAWYER INSISTS'

'Eardley seeks to move the conservatorship case to federal court and had a deadline of Friday to explain to the court why. In papers filed Friday, Eardley claims he'll offer the court evidence that Spears has been robbed (proof of which he said he'd file under seal on Monday), and that he needed more time to meet the court's deadline but was concerned for the "emotional and physical safety of Britney," because in addition to allegedly being robbed, she's also allegedly being abused. At least for the latter, he's more specific: "Counsel has learned that there has been significant verbal attacks by her live-in father conservator. ... I have been informed of the existence of voice mails, etc., that include verbal abuse." (In a counter-claim, Britney's mother, Lynne Spears, said it was Lutfi who was verbally abusing Britney; Eardley called this perjury and referred to Lutfi as Britney's "best friend.")

But as for the alleged theft, Eardley has yet to name in open court or open documents what specifically has been stolen from the singer (although her father, Jamie, filed a report with the Los Angeles Police Department claiming that valuables had been stolen from her home). Instead, he asked for more time. "Counsel has not had the time to obtain declarations and other evidence in support of this fact," Friday's filing reads. "Counsel will submit on Monday ... an application for leave to amend ... to include federal claims involving witness intimidation, victim intimidation and other federal claims appropriate for this court's review."

Sands claimed the theft is on a grand scale, involving racketeering, wire fraud and money laundering, and that the theft occurred prior to the conservatorship taking place and continues still. Jeffrey Wexler, one of the lawyers for the conservatorship, told MTV News, "We believe that it would be highly inappropriate for us to comment." Sands claimed that there is an ongoing criminal investigation into the matter, but declined to say which agency was involved. As a result, he said, his office has been broken into and documents have been allegedly stolen and/or erased from his computer. "Lives have been threatened," Sands said. "People are being intimidated. It's terrorism. I don't want to make any accusations, but we're talking the financial r*** of Britney Spears."

This woman is FULL OF ****!!!! She has to talk the talk by pretending to be horrified that a conservatee was robbed by a retired judge who was placed as a court appointed guardian under a conservatorship. Just listen to how Vivian speaks and when she laughs can you NOT tell she’s phony?!

This probate court cship system is 99.9% a $cam!!! They legally lock down vulnerable people under cships and drain their estate until there’s nothing left!! That is the lawyers job and the real intent of conservatorships, not protecting the conservatee and ensuring things are how it’s supposed to be.

Read Danny Tate’s book Fugitive From Justice. Damn just google him.🥺 His brother got a cship over him because Danny had **** issues because he was stressed over a divorce/custody issue with his ex. His brother and lawyers took every penny he made then took his house. When the money ran out he was able to dissolve the cship. Penniless and no place to go.

For Britney she’s earned millions and Team Cship can still profit off her although she’s refusing to work. Conservatorships are more often than not a ruse. A scam! Everyone involved in it KNOWS IT!! So this Vivian Thoreen can F off with her fake outrage!! B!tc# please!! Vivian is in on the grift!!:sofedup_fed_up_miss_ny_ms_new_york_done_tiffany_pollard_eye_roll_eyeroll_whatever: :tiffeyeroll_miss_ny_new_york_ms_annoyed_eyes_roll_eyeroll_irritated:

she technically hasn't :britdrown_britney_tears_crying_drown_ink_black: (because they didn't allow her)

even in recent court documents Ingham still said it was voluntary but didn't rule out the right to dissolve it later :wontcry_tears_crying_sad:

As if shed have her way If she really fought to dissolve :tiffeyeroll_miss_ny_new_york_ms_annoyed_eyes_roll_eyeroll_irritated: she wants her dad out, Sam asked Jamie to be removed and the judge said she would think about It another time. Voluntary my *** when a simple thing as wanting her abusive dad she never got along with and is scared of out, is denied. Britney has no voice. Does It really matter if shes fighting to remove Jamie or the cship altogether? Its not like they care about Britneys wishes and listen to her anyway.

If I'm not mistaken by saying that the best way to avoid fighting and litigation is to have nothing to fight about and no assets and that as lawyers they need to have those difficult conversations with clients she's basically saying lawyers need to help clients sell off all their assets and put money away etc. to prevent litigation and fighting. Is it just an excuse for lawyers and conservators to make loads of money selling all their clients assets?

Yes :tbh_britney_nod_yes_yas_ftr_for_the_record_vma_2008_circus:
