I don't understand how a conservatorship is possible for people over the age of 21 (adults) and i don't understand how can that be possible without her consent or help and you know... her involvement. 

She made music, videoclips even in 2007. She is capable to work. 

Like this concept is so strange to me and i mean after so many years, she should be better, but what we've seen: Nope! 

It means: Her recovery is not the priority for these people.
