Sure it follows Selena Gomez' Revival sound which Britney genuinely felt inspired by but it has those distinct Britney's vocals specially on oh no, I won't, I promise, I promise.

At that time Britney hinted the song on Twitter saying JUST finished recording some vox. LOVE this song. It makes ME smile, and I hope it will make you smile too... #B9.

It was recorded in October, 2015 and has R&B, Hip Hop and DanceHall influences.

I love this song so much it’s so melodically beautiful the lyrics are vulnerable and while it might seem like a very simple song, it’s powerful. I especially like the instrumental and how she doesn’t overdo her vocals, similar to Everytime.
