Britney Spears' former business manager Lou Taylor threatens BreatheHeavy/Exhale AGAIN

Message added by Jordan Miller,

Despite what went down, let's keep the comments as clean as possible please. "When they go low, we go high."

omg she’s so scared hahaha I love this... like come on; she literally took time of her day to read a fan forum and call an attorney or like some legal person and have them draft a letter, legalize it and whatnot, and send it as an official warning to a gay kid in las vegas talking about his favorite pop singer from the late 90s - i have died.

and also - jordan, you’re a superstar boo, for real this legitimizes you as a true fabulous gay fighting for the most fabulous queen ever. like I cannot.

also, love the power this forum has.

this sad **** is terrified, allegedly.

Of course this would happen.  Lou went after That Surprise Witness' s social media accounts  too because she know that it damn well  PROVED what the thread here was discussing.

Heya Lou!   Just wanna let you know that I've got all the documents and evidence saved to my hard drive and on my phone, and only a shared link away if you (or indeed anyone, especially lawyers) ever need to have another look ❤️ :)

It's all a bit... desperate. These dinosaurs are stuck in the early noughties using scare tactics which used to work, but I think if you keep throwing lawsuits at people for their free speech in this day and age it's just going to **** people off and spread even further on social media.

So lets find out on exhale Who She Is on here!

We are the F Brit I we gonna find. :martini_telling_talking_preaching_couch::slayde_meme_red_glam_neyde_neydeney_britney:

Its @loutaylor. She’s not hiding.

btw maybe Jordan can put the forum on member only mode until Lou gets locked up. that way she won’t be able to lurk and read all the fbi work exhale is doing.

Hey Exhale,

Lou Taylor via her legal team sent BreatheHeavy another legal demand letter regarding regarding what was posted in this topic.

You can read the letter here.

It's worth pointing out this is the second instance in recent history Taylor is refuting information posted on BreatheHeavy/Exhale.

The original information was a summary taken from The Surprise Witness' informative and quite frankly brilliant video assessing Taylor's alleged involvement regarding the following:

  • Her role as Britney's former business manager while simultaneously acting as the accounting reporter for the conservatorship

  • Hundreds of millions of dollars that was allegedly shuffled around

  • The dizzying journey understanding the differences between Stonebridge Wealth Management, Stonebridge Investment Council and Stonebridge Holdings (allegedly owned by Taylor's former business partner Mitch Martin)

  • How one of the Stonebridge entities went from managing around $100 million one year, then all of a sudden managing $700 million, then suddenly $600 million of that is allegedly moved around to another affiliated entity

  • Britney's SJB trust being amended to make Jamie Lynn the trustee (who would then have access to all of Britney's money, which would then allow for Jamie Lynn to take all the money to give it to Stonebridge - where Stonebridge can collect .5% of fees which would amount to several million in fees per year) plus everything else Taylor would make as Britney's former business manager.)

  • A few days after Jamie Lynn was named trustee, it was revealed Taylor was allegedly an investment advisor for Stonebridge. Jamie Lynn then files to move Britney's money from the SJB trust to The Stonebridge SJB separately managed trust account (allegedly Taylor's former company).

  • Stonebridge Holding LTD Inc in Panama was created November 13, 2020. Two days before this, on Nov. 11, the judge on Britney's conservatorship case determined Bessemer Trust could be co-conservator with Jamie. Interesting timing.

Lou sounds like a real **** and that ***** probably tried to burn down the warehouse with the Breatheheavy.com server in it. But there's nothing she can do to stop this movement. Britney will be free, and Lou will lose everything and be in jail.

Jordan,

I posed something similar the last time this bully tried to threaten you, but just wanted to reach out to let you know I'm happy to give you any kind of legal assistance in navigating how to respond to some loser who likes using Britney's money to intimidate people into continuing her narrative. Unfortunately, you're a pretty visible Britney supporter, so it's easy to go after you, but it's a huge abuse of process and she should be ashamed as should the lawyers who represent her.

Lou is counting on the fact that it's not worth it for you to spend your money to hire a lawyer to refute her claims, even though they're baseless, so you're doing the right thing by giving into her demands, as much as it pains me to say it. She does not have a leg to stand on, because just like last time, you did nothing wrong. Merely reposting a story is not actionable (meaning she has no legal basis to sue you), unless you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that it's false, and even then, she'd have a hard time proving her case.

Let's analyze this statement right here:

Breath Heavy has recently posted statements that “Lou Taylor’s investment firm allegedly moved around $800,000 to an offshore account…” with reference to “Stonebridge Ltd Panama”.  See screenshots below.  These statements are false and defamatory of my clients.  Ms. Taylor does not own or control any entity called “Stonebridge” and did not move any money at all relating to Britney Spears since Ms. Taylor and Tri Star withdrew as business manager for the estate last year.  They have had nothing to do with any funds relating to the estate since that time.

First off, good job starting off your demand letter with a typo, Lou. That automatically shows it's sloppy and was probably dictated by an attorney in 2 minutes and typed up by an underpaid paralegal and the supervising attorney didn't care enough to correct it. As for the actual content, the big word is "allegedly". That should really absolve you of any liability, because you're not presenting any of your opinions as a fact. However, if you decided to fight this, you would be entitled to know whether Lou's firm actually did move this money around. If she did, you can ask for legal fees because you posted something true and she tried to refute it. I doubt Lou really wants her shady relationships to get out, but at that point she doesn't care because you've already spent the money to fight her.

Defamation is really hard to prove, especially for a public figure like Lou who has a terrible reputation as it is. I'm really sorry this is happening to you, but if you need any kind of advice or guidance, let me know and I'm happy to help.
