Kinda hesitant to post this because either I'm going to look crazy or Lou is going to take notes and start posting captions similar to her old ones, but here we go...

Let's compare her Instagram captions before and after she went to the facility last year. 

Britney frequently posted with 3 emojis, and often would use them as the caption if she didn't post word captions.

She tended to post short captions. No weird spacing or capitalization or punctuation. At most, she used a lot of exclamation points at times, but mostly there's not a lot of extra punctuation. One of the biggest things to note here is that if she used emojis, she always put them at the end of her captions, after punctuation. Also, she pretty much never uses actual smiley face emojis, only object/non-human emojis.

Even when she wrote long captions, the styling, punctuation, etc. was totally different from now. Even commas were included to mark pauses in sentences. It just seemed a lot more logical.

Now, let's look at her most recent IG posts. Britney uses ellipses and excessive periods a lot, uses excessive spacing before punctuation, doesn't use commas in sentences, and uses improper punctuation. She uses emojis throughout the caption, uses smiley face/human emojis, and puts emojis before punctuation rather than after. She uses run-on sentences. If she's not using too much punctuation, she's having a lack of it:

So it looks like someone else is writing Britney's captions for her, right? There is one weird thing though. The first time we started wondering if the captions were someone else was around the time of the facility. The first post that made us wonder was the 10 second video of her saying "all is well" and that her family is going through a hard time, while the caption was all over the place about Sam Lutfi's emails and everything else. It seemed like the video was just a generic video recorded while the caption went into much greater detail about something maybe Britney was "protected" from. 

The problem with this analysis of "her writing style is different so it must be someone else writing for her" is that that caption from that post that first made us suspect someone else was writing captions was written pretty coherently and similarly to how she used to write her Instagram captions:

Her style of writing definitely changed, loud and clear, and pretty quickly right after getting out of the facility. I have a few lingering questions though:

  • Is someone writing Britney's captions for her?
  • Is someone writing Britney's captions and trying to make her look less intelligent or less stable, while still trying to appear similar to her previous captions (still using 3 emojis at times, still using lots of exclamation points)?
  • Is it Britney's captions, but something with her experience in the facility made her mental health/stability deteriorate? 
  • Is it Britney, and she's just more carefree about trying to be "perfect" now?
  • Is it both a mix of Britney's captions and someone else's captions?

Good catch! I actually believe it's a mix.  The ones without proper punctuation and weird spaces is not her.  She's actually very well articulated despite what some of the fanbase thinks.  The newer ones with the weird spaces and bad punctuation is someone pretending to be her, and the short/medium ones that have the emojis at the end and better spelling/grammar are most-likely her. The ones that get shared across platforms is most likely not her, whereas the ones that are just on one platform are most likely her.

Before the facility, it was more obvious which posts were from her and which ones were from her team. The promotional ones were obviously her team. You're totally right, as you'll see in these pre-facility posts, even when she does use many exclamation marks, there's never a space before them.  Also - the TYPE of content has changed too after the facility. Two other major differences are that before, she would often talk unscripted in the videos, and most of her posts were from sharing personal moments either with Sam, her kids, or dancers.  And of course many funny posts because she's a joker in real life as we've seen in almost all her candids and behind the scene videos.  Also, most of her pics (despite what Exhale used to say during that time) were much more cuter and selective. Whereas now, someone's posting literally everything in her camera roll and any talking vids are usually scripted and she looks anxious in them.

It's become a running gag with my friends and I how ******* crazy-looking her instagram has become. It always used to be whacky but in a really fun and quirky way. Everyone would wonder what's going on with her with all the conservatorship stuff coming to light. You HAVE to wonder if someone's doing it to make her look bad and this kinda proves it to me.

i prefer to believe one of the following:

1. she intentionally has made it look "crazy" to piss her handlers off and encourage them to release her, same as refusing to record music

2. she actually has less restraint on posting now than before rather than more. in this scenario...she's just a wacky mom. she types like a mom; an out there mom, but she's an artist and therefore not a normal person so that's expected and probably a good sign. she undoubtedly still has her posting controlled, but perhaps she's just writing her own captions and choosing content more freely now and the posting itself and final moderation is handled by others

Maybe your team removed exclamation points and phrases like "roses are red. I love red !!!!!! red is the color of love! ❤❤❤" by "red is the color of Love...I love it.⚘" for not drawing attention in a bad way and making her look mature and focused. But please stop giving it so much drama. She is weird and has always said so. Let's accept our queen. :bedtime:

I'm not gonna say that it IS her who's been posting on her insta or that it ISN'T, cause all I can do is to speculate, BUT

people CAN change their style of writing you know... I wrote complitely different like 8 years ago on Facebook vs 4 years ago on Insta vs now, people grow and envolve, change their styles so it COULD be just her who changed her posting style after that facility treatment... 

But also I do believe that celebrities actually have someone else posting for them or manage their social media, but with Britney's insta I wouldn't be surprised if it IS really her, because her insta really is unique among the celebrity world:truthtea:

I know writing styles can change, but it changed "overnight." One day she was typing with the old style, and now she all of this sudden has this new style and it's been used ever since. It wasn't a gradual change imo.
