So conservatee's do have rights just like us , only they get SUPPORT....I REPEAT .....SUPPORT  however Britney doesn't have any of those legal rights mentioned above.

It is written she can get marry unless judge decides she is unfit. I guess judge decided  that or was said (paid) to decide that she is unfit.

Also it is written change cship but when she asked judge to eliminate restrictions she was denied. Evaluation was sealed and we do not know if anything changed at all
