Recap posts for page 1440-1550

*Pages 1400-1439 has already been covered in the previous recap so I'm not re-doing the same posts again.

Rose McGowan likes a FreeBritney tweet by Dayvindazone:

On page 1449, Catalin posts receipts that It's illegal to place a conservatee in a mental health facility against his/her will. If this is true, then Team C-ship has broken the law: https://t.co/gmtaDPu0yu?amp=1

This also explained why Andrew Wallet resigned just after getting a huge raise.

Also, at this point, a thread about the unreleased demo 'Sorry Adam' and another one about Britney's New Nose gets merged into the thread pushing so,e old posts up and displacing new ones. So patches of unrelated posts from those two threads can be found in pages 1440-1444.

Wendy Williams includes a Britney segment in her talk show: “I don’t think that Britney is in performance shape, and she might not be ever again.” :

Looks like Jamie has given up on TMZ and is giving his fake news "Exclusives" to ET now....

How Britney Spent her "Wonderful" Mothers Day

“Britney had a wonderful Mother’s Day with the kids,” a source tells ET. “The boys went to see her on Mother’s Day and they celebrated together. The boys missed her so much while she was away and they’ve been spending some quality time together.”

The precious family time came as Spears deals with Friday’s status hearing on her conservatorship, a recent stay in a health facility, being granted a restraining order against her ex-manager, Sam Lutfi, and her father, Jamie’s, illness.

As she deals with the difficult times, she has been laying low, according to the source.

“She’s been staying at home a great deal and still seems to be facing some difficult days ahead,” the source says.

The source added that despite his illness, Jamie continues to have input on Spears’ decisions, but says she worries about him “terribly” and is finding comfort in her sons, as well as her boyfriend, Sam Asghari.

On page 1448, some members speak out against those who are buying the Britney album vinyls just for the sake of completing their collection. People voice that everyone should stay firm and rooted in the movement to boycott all her products as they do no good for Britney.

The Blast conjures an article about the Rose McGowan video. This was ironic considering the video was rumoured to be paid:

By this time, the site Cameo becomes popular. On there, you can pay to get messages across to Celebrities. The video of Rose McGowan supporting Free Britney was rumoured to be from Cameo. Everyone jokes about how we should raise a fundraiser to message more Celebs to gain more exposure.

Power Rangers come into discussion as the thread crosses page 1450. Many people materialise Britney as the pink ranger in a pink leotard costume from POM. After this, may makes requests to make a gif of merging Britney's No Seas Cortes move with the It's Morphin Time pose, to which Dark.Knight responds with this amazing creation:

On page 1457, Dark.Knight brings to everyone's notice that Buzzfeed, one site which has always made Britney articles have kept silent since the movement started.

Meaner03 reveals screen caps of TMZ's old articles which are now exposed as lies:

Colormefresh and Unyusewalyew gets into a small argument on page 1460.

It is found that Jamie Lynnhad cropped Jamie out of the picture when she posted her Instagram story:

TMZ releases a video of Lynne visiting an iPhone repair shop and when they ask her how Britney is doing, she replies "Wonderful". The article: https://t.co/6UhWdJEFVa.

Colormefresh receives many downvotes for a series of comments which he posted. He even gets into an argument with the almighty Jordan.

Britney is discussed about on The Talk, to which everyone on Exhale responds positively. Sharon makes a comment on the barefoot issue which also gains appreciation:

Colormefresh continues to build up his negative reputation in page 1467 and 1478. He suggests that people block him if they can't handle his thoughts.

New Blind Item: https://www.crazydaysandnights.net/2019/05/blind-item-9_14.html. Many are sure this is about Britney as CDAN always labels her as 'Permanent A List Singer'. It describes that the singer found out that her boyfriend is paid to be her boyfriend.

TUESDAY, MAY 14, 2019

Blind Item #9

The permanent A list "singer" just found out her boyfriend gets paid to be her boyfriend.

This becomes very controversial as it could be referring to Sam being paid by Jamie. Several exhalers had previously speculated this. Everyone is worried that it It indeed turns out to be true, Britney would be heartbroken.

SMS from Britney to Sam Lutfi about how Jason is the only person she can trust and talk to becomes popular around page 1469.

New US Magazine article- Britney's Mom Lynne Wants Her Back In Treatment: https://www.usmagazine.com/celebrity-news/news/britney-spears-mom-lynne-wants-her-back-in-treatment/. Many people are sceptical of this story.

Full article enclosed below:

Lynne Spears has her daughter Britney Spears’ best interest at heart as the pop star seeks more freedom from the conservatorship that has put many aspects of her life in the control of her father, Jamie Spears.

“Reports that Lynne is trying to help Britney loosen the constraints of the conservatorship are false,” a source tells Us Weekly exclusively. “If anything, Lynne wants Britney back in treatment, and that angers Britney.”

The Grammy winner, 37, completed a 30-day stint in a California mental health facility in late April after struggling with the stress of Jamie’s life-threatening colon rupture and the complex process of changing the medications that she has been taking since her much-publicized 2007 and 2008 breakdown.

Jamie, 66, has been Britney’s main court-appointed conservator since February 2008, meaning she cannot make major personal or financial decisions without his approval. Lynne, 64, who has been divorced from Jamie since 2002, intervened in the conservatorship for the first time when she filed court documents earlier this month to request to be updated on the details of Britney’s health. She also attended a court hearing with the “Toxic” singer on Friday, May 10, when a judge ordered an expert evaluation in what a source described as “the first step in the process” of ending Britney’s conservatorship.

“Britney doesn’t care if Jamie is left in control of her finances with the conservatorship of the estate remaining,” another source tells Us. “However, according to Britney, the conservatorship of her personal life needs to end. She is finished with Jamie having control of her personal life and wants to have her own control over that.”

Through it all, Britney, who has been on an indefinite work hiatus since January, remains focused on her future. “Britney doesn’t live in fear of repeating what happened in 2007 and 2008,” an insider previously told Us. “She’s come such a long way as a performer, as a mother and as a person — and that includes knowing when it’s time to take the necessary steps to seek help.”

Lynne, for her part, told a photographerOpens a New Window. on Monday, May 13, that the Crossroads actress is doing “wonderful.”

User Aliciabitch expresses her likeness to Britney Jason relationship and shares Happy photos of them together. Some members contradicted the user by stating that Britney appeared appi only on pictures and that her relationship with Jason and 2011 was both a low point in her life.

New TMZ article- Britney Spears's ex manager says she will get free from the conservatorship: https://t.co/6EVJsJH7Ya. Full article enclosed below:

Britney Spears ex-manager isn't letting a little restraining order stop him from sounding off about her conservatorship ... and Sam Lutfi firmly believes she's getting closer to freedom.

Lutfi walked into LAX Tuesday and was immediately peppered with questions about his former client and her conservatorship. As you know, Britney was in court last weekasking a judge to give her more control of her life. Although the judge denied her, for now, Lutfi says he thinks it's just a matter of time.

As for the restraining order -- which requires him to stay 200 yards away from Britney and her family -- Lutfi insinuates here that Brit's dad, Jamie Spears, got it simply because he has a "personal" beef with him.

It's no secret ... Britney's family blames Lutfi for taking her down a bad path back in 2008 when she spiraled out of control and had her breakdown.

But, watch the video ... Lutfi is under the impression that, these days, he and Lynne Spears just might be on the same page when it comes to Britney's well-being.

As Britney's camp stated in the restraining order ... they believe Lutfi's been a key figure in stirring up the #FreeBritney campaign. He certainly seems to be leading the cheers in this clip.

The previous Power Rangers gif Dark.Knight created becomes extremely popular around pages 1477 as people even start using it as an emote.

Also, TMZ writer Harvey Lenin gains hatred to the maximum at these pages, as some members point out what they would do to him if they get to meet him in person. Moreover, one user, C.Z goes on to voluntarily edit his Wikipedia page, signifying he "viciously attacked Britney Spears. This action gains positive support from other members:

New Us Weekly article- Kevin Federline wants ex-wife Britney Spears' condition to improve before he gives her any additional time with their two sons: https://t.co/f7Y1BhE2uI.

A Kevin Federline disgust post chain was initiated after this news was broke. Many people concluded it was Jamie's doing. The fact that they'd were using her kids against her was a sign that the army had to work harder to release her, as said by many members.

YouTuber Kathy Griffin comments on FreeBritney, and specifically made fun of her for being crazy:

She seemed to have had some fans on Exhale but after this, everyone turned against her as some members started stating that "Kathy Griffin is Cancelled". She develops a bad reputation among many members.

On the court website's Britney's case page, a new update arrives mentioning a new court hearing scheduled on 05/14/2019 at 1:30 PM in Probate Department 4 at 111 North Hill Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012. This raised confusion as this meant the hearing had already taken place. No further discussions on this can be seen as a new groundbreaking news hits the thread in the very next page.

On page 1482, TMZ releases a new article- "BRITNEY SPEARS manager Larry Rudolph Says ...SHE MAY NEVER PERFORM AGAIN". Quick link: https://www.tmz.com/2019/05/15/britney-spears-manager-larry-rudolph-perform-vegas-residency-conservatorship/.

Everyone is angry at Larry and questions why he is speaking to TMZ when all this is happening. Many members interpret this article as a threat, "Stop with the movement or she will, never perform again". Others pointed out that TMZ highlighted "Dad's illness" several times on the article, which means they were going to cling on to that narrative till their last breath. On the bright side, Exhale broke Larry Rudolph to such an extent he had to publically speak out against this. Some members make an interstate remark that if she indeed wasn't going to perform anymore, they're the ones that re not going to get paid.

This article turns out to be revolutionary as Larry and what he said defined the next 20 pages or so.

Full article enclosed below:

Britney Spears is not going back to Vegas for another residency ... not in the near future, and maybe never, TMZ has learned.

Our sources tell us Britney is not in mental or physical shape to resume rehearsals for the series of shows, which were supposed to kick off back in February.

Britney's longtime manager, Larry Rudolph, tells TMZ, "As the person who guides her career -- based on the information I and all of the professionals who work with her are being told on a need-to-know basis -- from what I have gathered it's clear to me she should not be going back to do this Vegas residency, not in the near future and possibly never again."

Rudolph is not involved in Britney's conservatorship -- never has been -- and he is only given medical information that directly impacts Britney's career. He says Britney was 2/3 of the way through rehearsals for the reboot when her dad got ill late last year.

As Rudolph put it, "It was the perfect storm. We had to pull her show because her meds stopped working and she was distraught over her dad's illness." The residency, which was supposed to kick off February 13, was put on ice.

Rudolph tells us it's always been up to Britney when she wanted to work and when she didn't. He said, "Last summer, when she wanted to tour, she called me every day. She was excited. She hasn't called me in months. Crickets. She clearly doesn't want to perform now."

As for the future, Rudolph says, "I don't want her to work again 'till she's ready, physically, mentally and passionately. If that time never comes again it will never come again. I have no desire or ability to make her work again. I am only here for her when she wants to work. And, if she ever does want to work again, I'm here to tell her if it's a good idea or a bad idea."

The same paralegal who left the voice mail back in the first day had claimed that Larry said, “At the very least, it will help with ticket revenue when we re-announce Vegas”. This quote becomes relevant again as Larry is being subjected to a lot of cussing and threats.

All the pages post that article till 1500 contain posts about how much exhale hates Larry Rudolph.

Forbes publishes a pro-Britney article- Making sense of the conservatorship: #40896b3c4b74" rel="external nofollow">https://www.forbes.com/sites/trialandheirs/2019/05/15/making-sense-of-the-britney-spears-conservatorship-and-freebritney/#40896b3c4b74.

Jamie Spears did not have legal authority to force Britney into treatment or to take psychiatric medications. But that doesn't mean that Britney's reported claim that she was held against her will is wrong. Rather, because Jamie has so much control over Britney's life through the conservatorship - including decisions like #693071c8139e" rel="external nofollow" style="color:#003891;">whether to get married, to perform or live in Las Vegas, or even if she can drive a car - he easily could have refused to grant consent for Britney to do any number of things unless she agreed to his request to enter the mental health treatment facility.

In other words, Jamie could have indirectly forced her into treatment even if he could not explicitly sign her in against her will.

The same TMZ article cited an unnamed insider who said that Jamie was not the one who pushed Britney into the treatment facility. Rather, he was reportedly against the idea, but Britney wanted to check herself in. The true story remains murky.

The details surrounding Britney's mental health have been kept private. She is clearly suffering from some sort of mental illness or condition, but we don't what it is, how hard it is treat, and what will happen without the control of a conservator. Is Britney's affliction so severe that, without the drastic remedy of conservatorship, her life will spiral out of control as it did in 2007 and 2008? Or, as her mother recently said to paparazzi, is Britney doing "wonderful"? Has she progressed enough to be ready to at least try taking control over some aspects of her own life?

Most of all, one particular quote was highlighted by many members:

Does Britney still meet this legal test, after 11 years? Her many accomplishments in that time frame suggest otherwise, including serving as a judge and mentor on the former TV show, X Factor, and performing in her own Las Vegas show for four years, which grossed a reported $138 million.

Forbes is well received among the fandom with the article as some suspect the writers are Britney fans. Just then BSFemme reveals that the writer of the article are actual lawyers, explaining why they were so well informed about the whole issue:

plus the writers of the forbes article are LAWYERS:

Many members continue Forbes appreciation posts as the thread progresses to page 1492.

Britney's Gram announces they will release a new podcast on Friday which excites many members who were keen listeners of all their previous podcasts. The anticipation that they will reveal some new tea was high.

The Blast releases a new article: EXCLUSIVE: The judge in Britney Spears' conservatorship case has ordered an investigation. Quick link: https://t.co/Fro2tR3lAy.

This news is splendid since it had not previously been confirmed that the investigation has been ordered. Many Brenda jokes arise along with everyone thanking her for atleast making a change.

Full article enclosed below:

The people responsible for controlling Britney Spears‘ life are now in the crosshairs of court investigators as the judge in her conservatorship case has ordered a thorough investigation of all the players who take part in planning her personal life, financial affairs and medical treatment.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, the judge in Britney’s conservatorship has ordered a probate court investigator to take a hard look at the singer’s case, and wants a court investigator’s report filed before Britney’s next hearing in September.

The move was quietly made days after Britney was ordered to undergo an expert evaluation to determine whether the restraints in her conservatorship should be loosened or modified.

The job of a probate court investigator is to conduct extensive interviews with all the people involved in a conservatorship case, including guardians, conservators, doctors and even law enforcement officials who have had contact with the subject of the conservatorship.

The investigator will also be reviewing medical and financial records, including custody agreements and even contractual obligations … such as her Las Vegas residency.

It has long been debated whether Britney’s team, including her father Jamie Spears, were pushing Britney beyond her limits while signing her up for another round of performances in Sin City. Her manager has maintained that Britney was the one who wanted to keep working, but questions have been raised about her team’s handling of Britney’s fragile mental state while negotiating lucrative business deals.

After the court investigator has prepared their report, the judge will take into consideration the findings when deciding what the court feels is the best move for Britney going forward.

Britney’s mother, Lynne, has been staying with the singer ever since she made a move to join the conservatorship and take a greater role in caring for her daughter, but Britney’s father and other members of her advisors have not been seen with the star. Even more telling about the current situation was Britney arriving to court last week holding her mother’s hand for support.

Our sources within Britney’s team believe the judge in the conservatorship will see they have done everything in their power to help Britney. We’re told the main players in the conservatorship regularly report all the financial and medical updates to the court, and believe the track record of 11 years managing spears’ conservatorship will speak for itself.

The investigation will also be interesting to the #FreeBritney movement, who will either be validated, or proven wrong when the findings are returned to the court.

Paris Hilton has only good things to say about Britney as she is asked about something poeple don't really know about Britney on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen: "She’s actually so sweet and so smart, and people don’t really see that side of her"

Variety picks up on the Larry Rudolph story at page 1500.

The Blast article about the investigation had reignited the thread when it was losing momentum. If you are to revisit pages 1500-1510, posts of Brenda appreciation and everyone claiming that Team Cship is going down are the only things you will notice.

Larry speaks to Billboard to officially state the Domination is cancelled and not postponed and also tries to defend his previous statement with TMZ: https://t.co/7IHPhZ3S64

On page 1506, Radar Online drops a bombshell report that Britney wants Larry Rudolph fired-Britney & Family Ready To Cut Ties With Manager Larry Rudolph After Shock Interviewhttps://radaronline.com/exclusives/2019/05/britney-spears-manager-larry-rudolph-fired/

Full article enclosed below:

ON 5/16/2019 AT 2:34 AM,  JACK SPEARS SAID:

Not that I really wanna believe/read RadarOnline as they twist everything but as I'm from the UK I can never go into there website?

Britney & Family Ready To Cut Ties With Manager Larry Rudolph After Shock Interview

Blindsided Spears ‘does not trust him as far as she can throw him.’

May 15, 2019 @ 14:53PM

Britney Spears and her family were blindsided by her manager Larry Rudoloph’s public revelations that she may never perform again, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

Rudolph said in a new interview that he’s been kept out of the loop on Spears’ ongoing private drama except on a need-to-know basis, and he believes she should not return to Vegas for her residency — “not in the future and possibly never again.”

He also confirmed the lucrative Sin City gig was canceled because her medications were no longer working, she was completely distraught over her father Jamie’s illness, and she doesn’t want to perform anymore.

Now, RadarOnline.com has learned 37-year-old Spears’ loved ones are livid about Rudolph’s loose lips.

“Larry has, and always will, only look out for Larry,” blasted an insider. “He clearly does not have Britney’s best interest at heart and after this debacle, Britney wants him gone.”

According to the source, Rudolph, 55, was not authorized to speak out. on the “Toxic” singer’s behalf.

“For him to go and share very private details. about his client goes to show what type of manager he really is,” the insider said. “Larry used to be close to Britney but she does not trust him as far as she can throw him.”

The source added: Spears’ mom Lynne “wants Larry fired and Britney is 100 percent supportive of this.”

Since then, the thread was never the same. Everyone instantly rejoiced at the news and marvelled at the fact that of all credible news sources, Radar Online was the one who actually reported it. Everyone had confirmed Radar Online to be on her team's payroll so since Radar Online would report a news on Britney's favour, it had to be true. The happiness eclipsed every other thread on the forum as everyone celebrated the #LarryRudolphIsOver party.

Access Online also releases the Court Ordered Investigation news, which is a more credible source than The Blast:

The Larry being fired Party maintains it's momentum well into page 1530. No other relevant posts come up in these areas other than "Bye Bye Larry" themed posts.

Amidst the party tho, Mr King Alex on Twitter about his experience with Britney's team and how he mentioned about them to other leading pop stars on page 1515. It's an interesting read because he has close ties with the industry:

On page 1521, Meaner03 provides a clear cut list of the major revenue Britney's team has earned from her ever since the conservatorship was put in place, and stated that Britney would only get about 10-15% of that total (this excluded album sales):

there are no traces of Britney's entities (except for the Atara tours shady case that i explained sooner today), even the old one have been taken over by Jamie where he seats now as the president. As for the trusts,  there ares no traces of other trust under her name, even the last OAK place she bought for $7,5M was not done under a trust name to at least remain as anonymous as possible like other celeb do. As for now there no traces of Britney's entities or trusts while we were able to find a full list of Jamie companies and also Lou's companies and trusts or Larry family trust name .

In 11 years we have

Circus world tour                          $131,8M

Femme Fatal world tour               $ 68,7M

Las Vegas Residency                  $138,8M

Piece of Me World  tour               $ 54,3M

Perfumes                                     $ 30M (at least, and voluntarily underestimating it)

X factor                                        $ 15M

Total of $299,8M

This does not take in consideration other revenues like royalties .

With $46M made in 11 years, it means that Britney took 15% from the total gross revenues , again without taking in royalties and any other revenues in consideration and underestimating her revenues from perfumes . It is easy to imagine that with all the information she is actually closer to the 10% .

The celebrations for Larry being fired seems to have no stop as even 20 pages after the news broke, people were still rejoicing. One interesting thought that was brought up in these pages was that Larry suddenly started talking to the media because he lost his job or was trying to save it.

On page 1522, Meaner03 resurfaces an article from 2016 on how Britney lost a monolith of her money she earned herself: https://moneynation.com/britney-spears-net-worth-the-350-million-blowout/. Open the spoiler below to read more on it:

How Britney Spears Lost $290 Million

If Spears earned almost $700 million by the age of 34, where did it all go? Why is she left today with “only” $63 million? Nobody actually knows. Some online sources claim the Britney Spears net worth number is actually a lot higher than her 2014 court documents let on. Those sources say not all of Spears’ money is in conservatorship, and that she has over $100 million in “other assets.” This is doubtful. If a court places an estate in conservatorship, the idea is to protect the estate’s assets from their owner, who is deemed mentally incompetent to handle them. If someone is deemed mentally incompetent to serve their own needs, a judge isn’t likely to let the person handle 75% of his or her estate. That’s not the point of a conservatorship. It’s more likely that the judge placed Spears’ entire estate in a conservatorship and that any “other assets” are negligible.

One way Britney Spears might have lost $290 million is by overspending. It’s hard to spend down $290 million in 10 years, but not impossible. Spears doesn’t have any major business deals to point to, aside from her perfume line, but that’s financially successful enough to keep running even now. In other words, it’s unlikely she’s losing millions on her perfume business, yet keeping it afloat for 13 years. She may have spent the money on the business of Britney Spears, overspending on concert production. She has been quoted as saying it’s easy to spend $20 million on a stage if you’re not careful, then you wake up and wonder where your money went. We’ve already figured in costs at 30% of her earnings from concerts, so it’s hard to imagine Spears spent more than that. Even spending the money on lavish cars and houses wouldn’t do the deed, since those assets can be sold again, often for a profit.

So where did the $290 million go? Possibly Spears had a massive entourage and showered them with gifts like cars and houses. If so, it hasn’t been reported. The truth is that the Britney Spears net worth figure is $204 million lower than it should be and we may never know why

A rumour that Britney allegedly filmed a secret tell-all interview with Gayle King arises amidst the drama going on. It was an interesting issue that caught momentum quickly. Many people wasted it to be true although the majority dismissed it as fake news created by a Twitter stan to gain attention. Others voice that she wouldn't be allowed to do it under the law she is placed under now. This rumour was actually bought up by Lipstick Alley.

There was a separate thread on this, but it got merged into the main thread so the comments on this issue are spread out in patches among the still ongoing #LarryRudolphIsOver party.

PokemonSpears raises his concern on what happened to all of Britney's dogs during all this drama on page 1529, to which Really Really Cool Guy responds with this hilarious remark:

They're taking some me time at a dog kennel. Hannah's struggling though, she may never go back to twitter.

On page 1532 and 1533, some people about how delusional the "fans" over at PopJustice forum are. They still calls it all a conspiracy. On the same page, some people talk about the "You Don't Own Me" T-shirt she wore for a certain period in POM.

On page 1534, User Smouthwick explains the fundamentals of the guardianship Britney is put under and how she is not even treated as a Civil person according to the conservatorship. Britney is "civilly dead" meaning that she doesn't have the same fundamental rights we do.  She has been "unpersoned." It's a very interesting read and gives you a deeper knowledge of what she is facing.

Enclosed below is his full post:

According to TMZ Britney needs a safety net, has mental issues, and conservatorship is ok because she has a lot of freedom.  Then they ask if  she cool with having a conservatorship for the rest of her life.  Does TMZ know anything about Conservatorships and how truly restrictive they are?  Britney is "civilly dead" meaning that she doesn't have the same fundamental rights we do.  She has been "unpersoned."  That means Jamie legally steps into her shoes and IS Britney when it comes to making any decisions. How would that feel after 11 years?      As the senator Claude Pepper once said:  “The typical ward  (protected person) has fewer rights than the typical convicted felon.… [Guardianship] is, in one short sentence, the most punitive civil penalty that can be levied against an American citizen, with the exception, of course, of the death penalty.” That's still the long and the short of it for the many people thrown into this system.  If they aren't really "incapacitated," i.e. if they are aware of what's happening to them, like Britney, it can be truly devastating.  Maybe  she loves this situation of having no freedom of choice aside from : here's a choice for you 1) you can take your meds  2) you can not take your meds but then you wouldn't  be fit to see your kids and visits from them might upset you.  Yes, conservators can do this kind of thing all day long  in the "best interest" of the person under protection.    https://www.stopguardianabuse.org

It can be very costly to get out of a conservatorship, emotionally and financially because the conservator can use the protected person's assets to hire an attorney to fight ending the conservatorship of that person.   For many, it's a trap.  The conservator is charging your estate, you can't do a damn thing about it, and they can use your money in court to defend keeping you there.   Unscrupulous professionals (and not all are unscrupulous) are motivated to keep their cash cows for an eternity if there's an estate to be plundered.  I'm not saying that this is true in Britney's case, but it's worth knowing about how the system is being abused around the country.  https://www.aarp.org/caregiving/financial-legal/info-2018/court-ordered-guardianship-separates-family.html

On April 22, a swarm of protesters clustered outside of West Hollywood’s City Hall, holding homemade posters with messages like “In Godney We Trust” and “Overprotected Must End!” It was the real-life manifestation of the #FreeBritney movement, an online campaign unofficially started by fan site Breathe Heavy in 2009 under the belief that Britney Spears, the pop star who has scaled the heights and scraped the lows for over 20 years, was being unfairly controlled under a court-ordered conservatorship instituted nearly a dozen years ago following a period of erratic behavior. By 7 p.m., some protesters had moved down the street, where, at Bleu Nails on Santa Monica Boulevard, one patron said they screamed through the windows, “You can get manicures, but Britney can’t without her father’s permission!”

To an outsider observer, the protest may have seemed sudden and reactionary. But if you’ve been following #FreeBritney, it was the natural evolution of a movement that has been simmering for a decade. Ever since Spears made nearly daily headlines for actions that were deemed troubling, like shaving her head and attacking a car with an umbrella, members of the Britney Army have internally rattled around the notion that Spears has become a voiceless victim of a team of lawyers and managers — and, in particular, her dad Jamie Spears, who has been in charge of her finances, business, medication, and just about everything in her life since February 2008 under the conservatorship as her legal guardian — who are not acting out of her best interest. The movement has scrutinized everything from paparazzi photos to Instagram posts, searching for any sign that might indicate Spears is crying out for help and no longer wants to be under the conservatorship.

Over the past month, amid the cancellation of Spears’s Las Vegas residency, her unusual activity on social media, and her recent institutionalization at a mental facility, fans have become increasingly suspicious. And this week, they received what they saw as their biggest clue yet after reports from anonymous sources began to circulate alleging that Spears is seeking some freedom from the conservatorship. During a court hearing that was closed to the media last Friday, and attended by Spears and her parents, the judge ordered an expert to evaluate the conservatorship.

Spears’s conservatorship first began after a second trip to a mental facility in 2008, when her father made a motion to help her get her children back (she’d lost custody after the aforementioned period of unusual behavior) by persuading her to let him handle her affairs. Along with attorney Andrew Wallet, they filed for conservatorship while she was in the hospital and were granted the motion. In November 2008, MTV aired the documentary Britney: For the Record, which many #FreeBritney fans point to as proof that she has always wanted out. “There’s no excitement, there’s no passion,” she says in the doc when asked if her life feels out of control. “Even when you go to jail, you know there’s the time when you’re gonna get out. But in this situation, it’s never-ending. It’s just like Groundhog Day every day.”

Theories that the conservatorship was placing inhumane restraints on her began to spread. A 2008 Rolling Stone piece reported on a recording between a friend of Spears’s and a lawyer named Jon Eardley, in which Spears can be heard in the background saying, “I basically just want my life back … I want to be able to drive my car. I want to be able to live in my house by myself. I want to be able to say who’s going to be my security guard.” At one point, she took a ride with a paparazzo to visit the office of attorney Adam Streisand to fight the conservatorship. In 2009, Jordan Miller, the webmaster of Breathe Heavy, which began as a Spears fan site in 2004 and has evolved to encompass many other facets of pop culture, claimed he had received a legal notice from Jamie Spears demanding that he close the site or face an injunction for doing things that fan sites do, like posting song lyrics and using “Ms. Spears’ trademarked name.” Miller, who believes the real issue was that he critiqued the conservatorship on the site, said that Jamie threatened him over the phone: “I will destroy your ***,” he allegedly warned.

The #FreeBritney movement didn’t draw the same sort of attention in the years that followed, and Spears didn’t do much to stoke speculation; those in her close-knit circle rarely comment publicly on her affairs. In 2016, a New York Times report claimed that the conservatorship had loosened in some capacity, becoming more like a “bubble” than a “cage.”

At the start of this year, though, the movement was given a splash of fuel. On Instagram, the social-media account Spears uses most frequently, she posted a photo of herself as a child posing with her parents, along with a long caption explaining that she would be canceling her “Britney: Domination” Las Vegas residency, which was set to debut in February. “I’ve been looking forward to this show and seeing all of you this year, so doing this breaks my heart,” she wrote. “However, it’s important to always put your family first … and that’s the decision I had to make.” She explained that her father had recently been hospitalized and almost died, and that she needed time to be with her family. Reps said his colon had ruptured.

What ensued was a series of events, and nonevents, that set off alarms among fans. There was the fact that Spears, who is typically active on social media, went silent soon after her tour announcement. Then, in March, co-conservator Wallet filed a request to the court to have his name removed from the conservatorship, claiming that harm would befall Spears if this were not done. Finally, on April 3, Britney broke her Insta-silence, posting a slogan that read, “Fall in love with taking care of yourself, mind, body, spirit,” and captioning it, “We all need to take time for a little ‘me time.’ :)” (It was unusual, fans said, for Spears to use a smiley face instead of her preferred emoji.) Later that day, TMZ reported that she had checked into a mental facility seven days prior for a 30-day stay.

The discourse reached a fever pitch on April 16, when the podcast Britney’s Gram, hosted by comedians Tess Barker and Babs Gray, aired a voice-mail from an anonymous paralegal who claimed to have worked on Spears’s conservatorship and had left the firm two weeks earlier. “What is happening is disturbing, to say the least,” said the man. The mysterious tipster claimed that Spears had been in rehearsal for “Domination” when she began to refuse to take her medication, prompting her father to pull her from the show and have her instead blame it on his illness. The source also asserted that Spears had been in the mental-health facility since the beginning of the year, against her will, contradicting the TMZ report that she’d voluntarily started treatment only a week before. He also said that she was promised that the conservatorship would come to an end in 2009 after her “Circus” tour but that it didn’t, causing her to have another mental breakdown soon after. (Barker and Gray maintain that they independently vetted the source and found him credible.)

The podcast got close to 100,000 listens on SoundCloud. It was a bombshell revelation for Spears’s fans, who also pointed out that her mother and boyfriend had allegedly begun liking social-media posts tied to #FreeBritney. But another segment of the Britney fan base remained cautious about armchair-diagnosing Spears, reasoning that she might very well be in need of medication and a conservatorship, which had been granted, after all, to help her. Gray counters, “We can’t convince anybody, but we believe that enough things add up that it’s certainly not out of reason that someone would be taking advantage of this woman for her money and that they’ve been doing it for a long time.”

The division between the two camps boils down to one thing: whether you think Spears should still be in a conservatorship. Spears is under what’s defined as a probate conservatorship, which does not allow Jamie to force her into a mental-health facility. The relative freedom granted those under probate conservatorships explains why she was able to take a day or two off during her recent hospitalization to go to the salon and to spend time with her boyfriend, Sam Asghari, on Easter. What makes Spears’s conservatorship unique is that she has continued to fiscally thrive while subject to it. “It’s the only known conservatorship, as long as conservatorships have been around in this country, where someone is worth as much as she is and actively making as much as she is and still under her conservatorship,” explains attorney Tamar Arminak, a family lawyer to Amanda Bynes, who has been under conservatorship since 2014. “It’s absolutely the unicorn of conservatorships.”

“All conservatees,” though, “feel confined,” Arminak continues. “They all feel at some point they don’t need this anymore. ‘I’m doing well enough, I’m 37, I’m 38, I don’t need someone to make these decisions for me.’ But there’s a reason for that. If doctors have found that Britney needs to continue to be on medication to be well, then it’s a problem when a conservatee decides they don’t need to take medication anymore.”

Though Spears has mostly remained silent as the #FreeBritney movement has grown louder, she returned to Instagram the day after the campaign descended on West Hollywood, posting a short video of herself along with an extended caption addressing the situation. “Hi guys! Just checking in with all of you who are concerned about me. All is well,” she wrote. “My family has been going through a lot of stress and anxiety lately, so I just needed time to deal. But don’t worry, I’ll be back very soon.”

The caption went on, “I wanted to say hi, because things that are being said have just gotten out of control!!! Wow!!! There’s rumors, death threats to my family and my team, and just so many things crazy things being said.” (Spears was apparently referring to the backlash that her sister Jamie Lynn Spears had received for defending her on her own social accounts.) “Don’t believe everything you read and hear.” (Some fans believe this was all ghostwritten by someone in management.)

Days after Spears slowed the momentum of the #FreeBritney movement with her Instagram post, she was released from the mental-health facility. Headlines blared, “Britney’s back, *****!,” and fan wars simmered. Spears resumed her Instagram activity with videos of herself doing yoga to Cardi B’s “I Like It” and posing during a photo shoot. Then, after the court hearing on Friday fans once again grew alarmed. In what appeared like an about-face from Spears’s post claiming “all is well,” there were photos of her leaving the courtroom barefoot, and reports suggesting that she was seeking freedom from the conservatorship. Meanwhile, her longtime manager, Larry Rudolph, has conjectured that she may never perform again. An additional hearing is set for September, with the mental-health evaluation pending. Until then, speculation will only intensify.

The article was favourable to everyone as it’s objective enough to not tell you what to think but gives you all the information and doesn’t hide anything to fit a certain narrative, as said by members like ItShouldBeOffiTunes.

Just when the celebrations of the #LarryRudolphIsOver party was dying down and the thread was getting quiet, Britney's account posts a New Instagram Video of Britney dancing to Michael Jackson's Scream at her home:

Everyone found the song choice of the video very interesting as Scream's lyrics directly correlated to Britney's current situation. For anyone who's wondering, the lyrics of the Micah's Jackson song are enclosed below:

Tired of injustice
Tired of the schemes
Your lies are disgusting
What does it mean
Kicking me down
I gotta get up
As jacked as it sounds
The whole system sucks
Peek in the shadow
Come into the light
You tell me I'm wrong
then you better prove you're right
You're sellin' out souls but
I care about mine
I've got to get stronger
And I won't give up the fight
With such confusion don't it make you wanna scream
You're bash abusing victimize within the scheme
You try to cope with every lie they scrutinize
Somebody please have mercy 'cause I just can't take it
Stop pressurin' me
Just stop pressurin' me
Stop pressurin' me
Make me wanna scream
Tired of tellin' the story your way
You're causin' confusion
You think it's okay
You keep changin' the rules
While you keep plain' the game
I can't take it much longer
I think I might go insane
with such confusion
Don't it make you wanna scream
Your bach abusin' victimize within the scheme
You find your pleasure scandalizin' every lie
Oh father, please have mercy
'Cause I just can't take it
Stop pressurin' me
Just stop pressurin' me
Stop pressurin' me
Make me wanna scream
Break down:
Oh my God, can't believe what I saw on the TV this evening
I was disgusted by all the injustice
All the injustice
With such delusions don't it make you wanna scream
You're bash abusin' victimize within the scheme
You try to cope with every lie they scrutinize
Oh brother please have mercy 'cause I just can't take it
Stop pressurin' me
Just stop pressurin' me
Stop pressurin' me
Make me wanna scream

Some others find the caption weird because unlike other posts on Britney's Instagram, there was no emoji used, just "Me and Michael".

Almos everyone unanimously agree that this video could have been posted as a response to Larry's statement that she may never perform again.

Claims that this video was old as it showed similarities to a video from March 2018 are brought up:

The Blast is quick enough to release an article based on the video: https://theblast.com/britney-spears-dance-michael-jackson-perform/

Complete article enclosed below:

Britney Spears is screaming out to her fans — and her team — that she is not giving up on making a comeback.

The Princess of Pop just posted a video on Instagram showing her performing a dance routine to Michael and Janet Jackson‘s song, “Scream.”

She captioned the video, “Me and Michael,” while showing off some spins and twirls. The move by Brit comes one day after it was reported that she may never perform again, although her manager has backed off making the statements.

There may be some deeper meaning behind the message, as Michael Jackson was a huge fan of Britney … and also had problems with a controlling family and team.

Perhaps even deeper meaning — Janet Jackson’s Las Vegas residency kicks off Friday and will be held at the MGM theater where Britney would have been performing “Domination.”

Unfortunately, even though Britney appears to be lashing out regarding stories that she’s hung up her dancing shoes … the video she posted is not new — it was actually filmed last year.

As everything's from the same yellow wristband to the position of the curtains are the same as the March 2018 video, everyone leads to believe that the video indeed is old and just dubbed over with a new song.

To add oil to the fire, CNN releases a new article- Britney Spears is in more control of her life and health than some of her supporters seem to believe, two sources close to the singer tell CNN: https://www.cnn.com/2019/05/16/entertainment/britney-spears-conservatorship/index.htmlThis takes everyone by surprise as CNN is believed to be a reliable and accurate news source than much discredited TMZ/The Blast/Radar Online etc.

Full article enclosed below:

"There is an impression she's in a jail cell," one of the sources, who has known Spears for more than a decade, said. "She has an amazing life."

These individuals, who are in regular contact with Spears and have direct knowledge of her current state, said they wanted to speak out to clarify unsubstantiated reporting by other outlets about the singer's health over the past several months. They said this includes inaccurate reports of discord between Spears and her family, allegations she was forced to seek mental health treatment and speculation by supporters on social media that she is restricted in her daily life.

Citing ongoing court proceedings regarding Spears' conservatorship, the sources requested anonymity.

Spears has been under a court ordered conservatorship since 2008, following a series of much-publicized personal struggles. Her father, Jamie Spears, serves as conservator of her day-to-day affairs and medical decisions.

Both sources who spoke with CNN said they are in favor of the conservatorship.

Spears' parents appeared at a regularly scheduled court hearing, held annually for her conservatorship, just last week, the sources said. Lynne Spears filed a legal motion to be kept informed of all matters regarding her daughter's medical condition, according to court filings obtained by CNN.

CNN has reached out to representatives for Jamie and Lynne Spears for comment.

Although the couple divorced in 2002, the second insider said Spears' parents are "working together" to ensure the best path forward for their daughter, and Britney welcomes their support.

"Britney and her mom walked into the court holding hands. Britney is glad to have her mom staying with her," the source added.

Though Spears asked the judge to end her conservatorship last week, according to this source, who has direct knowledge of the hearing, that is not a new position for her to take.

"Of course she wants it [the conservatorship] to end, because she's not of the right mental state to understand her issues," the source explained. "She has a mental illness and that doesn't mean she needs to be locked up. It puts her somewhere in the middle. She's working on it. It's a struggle on a daily basis."

Court documents obtained by CNN on Wednesday show a review of the conservatorship was ordered to take place before another hearing in September in light of Spears' request for it to end.

"The judge needs to make sure they dot all the I's and cross all the T's," one of the sources said. "She's out doing normal things that normal people do. But there are certain things set in place to protect her."

Speculation over the singer's wellbeing began when she entered treatment for undisclosed mental health issues in late March. Some of her supporters, suggesting Spears was being held at a treatment facility against her will, launched a social media campaign with the hashtag #FreeBritney.

"It was Britney's idea! Even her father said, 'Are you sure you want to do this? It will be all over the media,'" the second source said.

Spears spent 30 days in a voluntary residential treatment facility, sharing on social media she was taking some "me time."

Both sources said that Spears' father battling an illness in January, coupled with her switching medications, contributed to her decision to seek help.

"When her dad got sick, it really affected her," the first source said. "She couldn't focus on her tour and she started to miss doses of her medication. Anyone who knows anything about taking prescription medication knows that you can't just get on and off of it."

The second individual close to Spears said that her team began to notice during rehearsals and in her daily life that something was "off."

"Things like sleeping in bed all day, not being clear-headed, you tell her something and then she's asking the same question again minutes later. Odd reactions to things," this source said.

Both individuals said treating her mental health is an ongoing challenge.

As with many patients, there's a need for her doctors to adjust or change the medication so it remains effective, which one of the sources said is a difficult process for Spears.

Britney's longtime manager, Larry Rudolph, spoke to TMZ on Wednesday and said that her Las Vegas residency was put on hold due to a "perfect storm" of events in her life.

"We had to pull her show because her meds stopped working and she was distraught over her dad's illness," he said.

He also said that her residency, which was supposed to start back up in February, is unlikely to happen.

As for whether her singing career is on hold indefinitely, both individuals told CNN that Spears' current priority is her health.

"It's not even about whether she will work again, maybe she will or won't," one source said. "Getting herself back to a good place, a happy and healthy place, is all she's focused on."

Scrutiny around Spears' current emotional state was described as "overblown" by the other source, who added that the #FreeBritney campaign could actually cause the singer harm.

"Britney is in a pretty good place right now," this source said. "This is not 2007 Britney. She has the right people around her making sure that doesn't happen again."

With the first source adding, "Do these #FreeBritney fans understand the ramifications of ending her conservatorship, leaving her vulnerable for people to come into her life like Sam Lutfi?"

Lutfi was one of the people who was around Spears at a troublesome time for the singer in 2007. She was granted a restraining order against him in 2009 and a temporary restraining order again last week, after Spears and her family accused him of harassment.

Lutfi must stay at least 200 yards away from the singer and was ordered to not make "disparaging public statements" about Spears, her family, her conservator or her current manager. Her sons, Sean and Jayden, are also listed as "additional protected persons" in the order.

"[People close to Britney] believe Sam saw an opportunity to get back into Britney's life when she entered [treatment in March.] He saw her as vulnerable and that's when he began to send fake emails impersonating Britney to her team," the source said. "The last thing her family wants is Sam in her life, they believe he contributed to her breakdown years ago. He's toxic and needs to stay away."

Marc S. Gans, Lutfi's attorney, released a statement at the time the restraining order was issued.

"We are disappointed in the result, and feel it is overly broad and violates Mr. Lutfi's constitutional rights," the statement read. "This order is only temporary, and we look forward to arguing the matter more fully in the upcoming hearing for a regular restraining order."

Spears is currently "surrounded by people that care about her and only want what's best for her," one of the sources said, before adding, "She's just focusing on her family and her health."

In Instagram posts showing her exercising and practicing yoga in recent weeks, Spears appears to be doing just that.

"You may not know this about me, but I am strong, and stand up for what I want!" Spears wrote in a note to her followers. "Your love and dedication is amazing, but what I need right now is a little bit of privacy to deal with all the hard things that life is throwing my way. "

The priority should be Britney healthy, happy and spending quality time with her kids.

The article is obviously deemed as paid for, given it's very one sided nature and I'll informed narrative. This was obviously meant to turn heads in support of team Cship's side. Everyone trashes the article and CNN for giving in to fake news. The article becomes a very controversial and talked about topi in the succeeding pages.

TMZ follows the Instagram video with a new article: https://t.co/YFiMs2uwDV

Britney Spears is looking free and ready to take the stage ... and she's not muting Michael Jackson.

Britney showed off her moves, dancing around her home workout area. She had MJ's "Scream" going while she flaunted her choreography ... and the whole scene could be a response to what her manager told us ... that Brit's just not ready to perform.

We can't tell if the clip she posted Thursday is new or a #tbt. She didn't use the hashtag, but her outfit looks identical -- right down to her necklace -- to one she wore in a March workout vid.

Either way, it seems like a clapback, because just Wednesday ... Spears' longtime manager Larry Rudolph told us she's not fit to return to her Vegas show, saying, "From what I have gathered it's clear to me she should not be going back to do this Vegas residency, not in the near future and possibly never again."

As we've reported ... Britney's been dealing with family and mental health issues at home since being released from a facility last month.

Her parents are also in the midst of a conservatorship showdown as fans spread the #FreeBritney movement online.

The thread hits 1550 pages

Phew! Finally done with it :tehe: This is officially the most I've ever spent on a post in Exhale let alone the whole Internet. It took more than 6 hours (not all at once). I'm so proud of myself for finally achieving this feat! Only if I got paid for doing all this:disappointed:

Thank you! Hope I was of help!

Nothing that the fans could've asked for required them to put her under a conservatorship, and in any case, why would they have to "please US" instead of worrying about her needs first?

Didn't U heard that her being under c-s was crucial to score new contracts and in getting insurance? :well:

This part that is on every tabloid is such a lie, team cship have manipulating the numbers to the point you don't know how much her work done during the cship has had an impact

First document court reporting her estate actually do not report any Britney's estate , what we know is that she made $1,8M from incomes (Thought she was going broke ?) and that team cship got cash advance from her entities more than $5M + $4M from her trust SJB.

They spent $10M that year mostly on legal fees for near the half , that's how by the end of the year the $2,8M was reported to the court of her assets, and the media went with the she broke .

The next court document we have is more interesting, because this time we have properties, furnitures, entities , bank accounts ect and just with that the estate goes up to more than $15M without team cship needing move a finger but just report them .

Tabloids run now with how the cship is so great and Britney went from nearly broke to a fortune in less than 2years, yet some of her properties are not reported there, like the Florida one for exemple, but worse on this same documents, team cship claimed that they did not report anything involving Britney intelectual properties due to the difficulties to valuing them and just like this Britney's trademark, royalties and copyrights are not valued on this court report, here is the court document quote :

Due to the difficulties in valuing the conservatee's intelectual property, including without limitqtions, trademqrks, royalties, copyrights name and ***** , thes assets are no valued at this time pursuant to order of the court file the 3/16/2010

Then the media claim that more than 2 years after the cship started her estate is now estimated at $32,4M

or than in 2012 it was at $36,4M and look i am not even gonna mention, how come ? where is the xfactor money ? the circus one, the perfumes one or when are they planning to value her "intelectual properties" so the court can review their work and make sur nothing is mismanaged , i am going fast forward to 2018 when Andrew Wallet went to court to claim he deserved more money for his work , stating that from 2014 her estate went up to $20M , well actually based on the source they've been feeding who even when they got the narrative wrong they gave the right numbers , if in 2012 it was at $36,4M and her estate was already reported at nearl $56M in 2016

Those +$20M were kinda done long time ago, what happened in 2017 and 10 months of 2018 ? And how can we say that those $20M made between 2012 and 2016 are from her residency, albums, and the way they invested her money ? they could also have decided to report her trademark which will all know worth a lot of money. A trademark that is now owned by a company located in Delaware filed in 2018

I find it curious how 2010 was the last court estate reported that was posted...

Great work pointing out all the tabloid inaccuracies.  We really do not know how much her total assets are with those manipulated numbers from late 2008, given that Adam Streisand said earlier that year that her "estate is worth $40 million, encompasses 15 separate entities and is in the middle of a $17 million audit."

Is her estate in 2019 worth $56 million?  Is it worth a lot more than that and is that money somewhere else??

Hopefully the investigation sorts it all out.

We literally have an active member from NASGA here who keeps insisting how irregular it is. All sorts of people who have worked on these things are saying it.

They're selectively ignoring all of this. It's mind blowing to watch, tbh.

Also, Britney's Gram girls talked with a 730 evaluator on May 10th, and the evaluator said how bizarre it was that Britney was there at the hearing and speaking up for herself, because almost all people in her position can't speak for themselves (literally).

All I can say is wow.

So you mean to tell me that a man who was “gravely ill”not only made multiple court appearances but also files/will file motions to expand to the chsip to other states? He must heal like Wolverine :joanne:

This man and this situation is disgusting. You can’t tell me this man cares for his daughter when he makes thinly veiled threats through the media every chance he gets. No wonder this woman digressed so much in the past 11 years. He had her entire life so isolated, controlled that she couldn’t breathe out of his grasp.

Spears, who checked out of Promises Malibu Treatment Center in March after a month-long stay, told Page Six via her rep: “I am praying for my father. We have never had a good relationship. It’s sad that all the men that have been in my life do not know how to accept a real woman’s love. I am concentrating on my work and my life right now.”

Can someone please explain to me why the heck does Jamie Lynn keep liking Loucifer instagram posts and licking her pussyhole? What kind of supportive sister does that???? I am so f**king angry

I think Jamie Lynn's a sweet spot for Lou, her former manager and fellow Southerner. Lou's also been kissing JL's *** by posting a picture of her with her daughter and commenting and 'liking' her pictures. Imagine the things she tells her over the phone. She must be unaware of Lou and her father's role in the conservatorship.
