  1. On July 26, 2002, Austin Powers in Goldmember movie was released in the United States, a spy action comedy film starred by Mike Myers, who also co-wrote the movie with Michael McCullers. Other artists that appear in the movie are Beyoncé, Robert Wagner, Seth Green and Verne Troyer. The movie also has several cameos, from Britney Spears, to Tom Cruise, Danny DeVito, John Travolta, The Osbournes, among others. Two singles were released from the soundtrack of the movie: Beyoncé's Work It Out, released in June that year, and Britney Spears' Boys ft. Pharrell Williams, released a few days after the release of the movie, and the video of which also features Mike Myers.
  2. Am I the only person who read Britney's Instagram post tonight & wondered if she'll want to put her anger into her music once she's free? I started thinking about it & wondered if she might have her very own "Lemonade" album... 🤔 Keep in mind it's just a question. If she doesn't want to record again then that is fine...I want her to do whatever SHE wants to do.
  3. Normani paid tribute to Aaliyah’s legacy with the release of her Cardi B assisted single, “Wild Side” and the late singer’s uncle approves of it. Barry Hankerson tells TMZ that his beloved niece “always encouraged young women pursuing their musical and entertainment careers, to achieve their dreams.” Hankerson is the founder of Blackground Records and the man to question the availability of Babygirl’s music catalog on streaming services. He added, “I believe that Aaliyah would be very supportive of a young Black woman that chose to emulate her music and style.” Barry did add that it would’ve been “more honorable” if Normani cleared the sample for “One In a Million” but he seemingly approves of it. “I will not stand in the way of something that brings to light the incredible staying power of Aaliyah. So in that light, wishing Normani well with the song and overall career. God bless. I think Aaliyah would be pleased.” An attorney for Blackground did confirm that Normani didn’t clear the sample but it’s good to know that Aaliyah’s uncle approves and so does the original producer, Timbaland, who posted a reaction video praising the record. I love Normani, but not asking the family & producer of a famous late singer's song is in bad form. I'm happy they are okay with it, but she did Team Aaliyah dirty-no respect. BUT also, it makes me wonder if she never even knew it was an Aaliyah sample on the track, hence making her a fake fan. Now I'm curious if they sue her for copyright or what? Anyways, stream and support our fave Fifth Harmony member, Normani!
  4. Beyoncé had the Beyhive gasping with her latest post. Check out her show- stopping look (for her date night with Jay.) Also, there's rumors speculating that her album might be dropping as soon as mid to late summer but, of course knowing Bey we can never be too sure. The sound of the upcoming project also has fans buzzing, many wondering what Bey will do next. What would you like to hear from Bey on her next album? Do you think PopYoncé should make a comeback or would you like to hear some good ballads?
  5. This is my first time, it just popped onto my recommendations - I can't believe what I am seeing here. This is plagiarism and not even inspiration here. I am shocked to my very core.
  6. Or did ya'll h*es forget about this masterpiece? I recently realized 80% of Gen Z has no idea Bey and Shakira had this hit together
  7. 90s rapper Trick Daddy, went on live and said Beyonce can't sing, he said he wasn't afraid of the hive. Watch part one to see how this whole mess started. As of Now Beyoncé clapped back savagely, poking fun at him normal restaurant non celebrity lifestyle status aka he's struggling..via her official website using his mug shot.. @Midnightyour girl went there.
  8. I've reading a lot here and there and watching a lot of YouTube videos and some people always come hating Britney saying she lip syncs - doesn't dance and is very overrated. Well, I clearly will agree after 2005 Britney doesn't like the way she used to but there are simple reasons for that - her knee injury and her C-ship. I've reading a lot of articles stating Beyonce is the next MJ or Beyonce is a legend - though I love Beyonce I really don't understand why critics and people always discredit Britney. She's much more famous worldwide, and have more hits than Beyonce. I will not talk about album sales because there Beyonce lags behind by a lot. One more reason that comes to my mind is marketing - Beyonce life has been very well managed and private in front of the public and she doesn't even give any more interviews. Though Beyonce is a great artist and has been showing immense talent from a decade but Britney team never capitalised on her true personality. Britney has also never been known for her songwriting skills which is shame - do you think Britney never really cared about this? Critics have been very favourable to Beyonce while with Britney to GP I think she never got out of that Teen girl image. I would like to know what you people from other countries think?
  9. Hi everyone, I am from India and 27 years old and Britney has been my number 1 since the age of 5 - she was my first of everything. I've been reading about her a lot due to the #freebritney movement and wanted to understand how people outside my country think of her? Because I read here and there on threads except reddit that she's overrated and GP has forgotten about her. Though I am sure her fans in 1999 vs now must be less. Has britney image improved due to the documentary? Here Britney is mostly played so I know people like her. But whenever I talk to younger generation they know her of course but they don't listen to her except of Toxic etc. Also, I wanted to understand how Beyonce fans think she's a legend and Britney is not in anyway? Beyonce must be most successful now but she literally is worshipped like a god let alone thew next MJ? WTF is that?
  10. We all heard of Beyonce and her ice cold lemonade, but have you heard of Melaniaade. That's right @MidnightMelania Trump unleashes her anger at Donald Trump for running for president without the ladies permission, She calls Ivanka, Omarossa (**** the last name, his only black friend), and Tiffany who's had enough of being second fiddle to Ivanka she decides to go back to her mother's Name Maples. Peep that part where Melania said she wrote this all by herself with no help (Alluding to her controversial copycat speech stolen from Michelle Obama. "You ain't even lucky with no hair" (I ain't) Sorry from Melaniaade.
  11. Ok so every time I hear this song, I imagine I’m at funeral seeing my loved one get lowered into the ground… The raw emotion in her voice and the lyrics, the melody, just makes it sound like it’s a song dedicated to a person who passed away I bet if played at funeral it get many tears, like I wouldn’t play this at a weddding it sounds too sad to me anyone relate?
  12. Update: BEYONCE IS COMING In a recorded phone call with Kelly and Michelle, Beyonce says she's cooking up new music. Earlier: Her mom said she's working on something exciting. The phrase Beyonce Is Coming started trending on Twitter in Brazil. You excited for Bey's new solo stuff, Exhale?! Related:
  13. In a scene that many people do not believe happened, but it did.. The queen of Tejano Selena in a mall in Houston, crosses paths and exchanges hellos with a future legend herself Beyonce.. While the scene is corny as hell. It kept to what Beyonce herself said, just hellos.. But, already you can tell the girl who played Beyonce, telling her mom Tina, to be quiet in front of a celebrity already had Beyonce's impact down. The fact this really did happen is still shaking me.. But most Texans on Twitter said, it didn't matter if you understood what she was saying in her Music, you just knew who Selena was, and that she was destined for bigger things, before the tragedy struck. I prefer the Netflix series over the 1997 movie. I have learned more things, like how the Spanish albums, was based off a compromise, Selena never wanted to make Spanish music, she wanted to do English music like her idols Madonna and Janet Jackson, EMI Latin just forced her into this compromise. By the time she got her crossover promise was after she won her Grammy, it took most of her career for that promise to be granted but ultimately unfulfilled. Because of her murder.
  14. 15. Nobody has seen this until now! Destiny's child praises Britney for selling tons of records but still being nice and keeping that southern hospitality at heart. I've heard from people from the south they stay there, cos they visit every other place and it feels very different and rude to them. Between LA And New York, southern people are like no, thank you. Get me outta here.. Related:
  16. Keri Hilson shaded Beyonce in the past a number of times. People believe the drama started when Usher removed Keri from his "Love In This Club" remix and replaced her with Queen Bey. Drama receipts: Anyway, Keri says the (one-sided ) feud is over. Very glad this situation was resolved
  17. Thieves broke into three of Beyonce's storage units in LA and stole upwards of $1 million of items, which included expensive handbags, dresses, kids toys and photos belonging to one of Beyonce's stylists. The investigation is ongoing. Source: TMZ
  18. Beyoncè celebrates the women's history month on her website. https://www.beyonce.com/image/womens-history-month-the-entertainers/ She posted this collage of some entertainers, as you can see there is Cardi B and not Nicki Minaj (Beyoncè has collaborated with her on 2 songs) What do you think? it's just a coincidence or a shade?
  19. Beyonce cleaned up at the Grammys! She went into the night with 9 nominations. She took home a bunch, helping her break a huge record. She now has the title for most Grammys won by a woman and any singer, male or female, with a total of 28 Grammys. She ties the record with Quincy Jones as the living person with the most Grammys. Bey surpassed bluegrass-country singer Alison Krauss who previously held the record with 27. "I've been working my whole life, since 9 years old, and I can't believe this happened," she said. Thoughts, Exhale?!
  20. Beyonce sent Taylor Swift a bouquet of flowers for breaking records at the Grammys. Beyoncé became the winningest woman in Grammys history with her 28th Grammy. Taylor became the first female artist to win album of the year for a third time. We love to see women uplifting each other!
  21. Why is she so good ? Honestly No one can compete Stage presence, vocals, dance moves, great songs, great visuals she is the blueprint, the whole package breathe if you agree
  22. Beyonce and her daughter Blue Ivy take home a GRAMMY award for Best Music Video with "Brown Skin Girl" at the 2021 GRAMMYs. They were up against Future and Drake (“Life Is Good”), Harry Styles, (“Adore You”), Anderson .Paak (“Lockdown”), and Woodkid (“Goliath”). This marks the first Grammy Award for Beyoncé’s daughter and the song’s featured artist, Blue Ivy. Jenn Nkiru co-directed the video with Beyoncé; the song also features SAINt JHN and WizKid."
