Taylor Swift because she writes her own songs and has had better success and longevity. 

Beyoncé is a legendary dancer and pretty good singer but Rihanna sings better and has more bops

No matter how many records Taylor breaks, she will never be more legendary than Beyoncé Knowles. An artists’ home is the stage, and Mrs. Carter will forever be one of the best live performers. Period! And this is coming from someone that doesn’t even like Beyonces music LOL

Beyoncé. Taylor is a writer and her visions are her strength, for sure. In general, I might like Taylor's less divaish attitude. I can not stand Beyoncé's taste for stealing songs or her I am a goddess attitude, but she is an excellent singer and performer. I have yet to see any Taylor performance being remotely close to the grandeur of Coachella. And I am not even thinking of the performance itself. To have a band that big, with so many layers to sound THAT perfect, and how she never misses a beat, it requires major SKILL. 

I like and recognize Taylor's talent, and even more, her work ethic. It shines through along with her persistence, but I also think she is not a musical genius at all (on the mktng side, she is pretty darn brilliant though). Overall, I think of her as the human version of McDonald's, you know? They have ok hamburguers (some), they have ok fries, they have the occassional amazing couple of items, they simply saw and figured out how to fill a side of the market, but they do so pretty well and their okish items mixed with good ones, do not stop them from selling billions all over the world. Does that make them awesome, superb? Nope, but they sell.

It's hard to say. If my life depended on this choice, I'd select TS. Because TS is better songwriter...(even worse attention seeker).
