I specifically said she was probably abusing adderall and red bull to fight off the physical depression symptoms. That’s why they were so obsessive about keep caffeine away from her. If she’s bipolar, she would feel a lot better by doing that

Two thoughts. 
 

1.) I always assumed this was the case. 
 

2.) When abused (specifically when taken in high doses) adderall feels just about the same as m**h* 
 

 

*im a former abuser of both (embarrassing yes ,  but that’s not my life anymore thank god )

Bingo. I’ve struggled with depression my whole life and when I tried this class of ***** I thought a miracle had happened. I finally didn’t feel sad anymore. The problem is, tolerance working the way it does, it only last so long. And then on top of it, congratulations you probably end up with a newfound addiction. Self medication is so tricky because mental illness and addiction potential go hand in hand in so many ways.

1000%. I’m bipolar but I’m on meds and I miss that high so much. I’m just depressed in varying degrees all the time now

Remember, Jessica Reed Krauss/House In Habit’s hit piece claimed she’d been told her friends and family feared that Britney was on, I quote, “m3th or something like m3th”. They know she’s NOT a crystal m3th addicted junkie but they still push THAT WORD out there along with TMZ’s troll concerns about her intake of coffee, energy drinks and dandelion tea (?) . 
Britney never failed a **** test. Her mental health is and was weaponized against her by her own family, sons, exes, tabloids, cship and business managers. I hope the revelations of this book finally puts an end to them being able to do that **** to Britney!!!

Hiwever I agree with y’all, everyone has suffered with substance abuse at one time or another. Personally, I’ve suffered with both w**d and co****e, and I’m starting to struggle a bit with alcohol.

I'm so glad she's coming clean with this! Addiction should not be hidden, it's a real struggle and it's nothing to be ashamed of. I have a very close relative addicted, and the best thing to do is prevent it from being a taboo to ask for help

I wonder if she's using it again some of her content is consistent with it.... Like the running off and on camera etc 

I actually believe her... I think Britney is the type who wouldn't like the feeling of "not being in control" with *****... She doesn't even like alcohol for that reason so I doubt she was ever into that.
