Jamie is trying to play a saviour here, and what has done?
1) Petitioned an investigation into Jodi, stating he doesn't have access to any decisions made in regards to Britney's health, which is ultimately false because it came out that he is still legally, conservator of the person, and Jodi is not accepting the sole responsibility for Britney's claims because Jamie approves the finances; 

This will will eventually lead to fingers being pointed back at him, because the accusations Britney made were predominantly made against him, and her management, which will bring the integrity of everyone involved into question, and ultimately, allow Britney to create stronger arguments.
 

- Brought Sam Ingham's integrity into question by withholding information and claiming that he is pretty much conspiring with Jodi Montgomery, and that's why he said Britney does not have the capacity to make decisions herself.

Fingers will be pointed back at Jamie, because ultimately, he did both of these.

- Let it slip that Britney has the right to consent to medical treatment because a declaration was never filed which will point fingers back at Jamie who approved treatments regardless of Britney's right to consent, and also, did not give her this right himself despite their being no legal reason for this.

- Stated he doesn't want the role as conservator of the person, while also bringing into question the purpose of the conservatorship of the person. Jodi has now stated that her 'care plan' ultimately leads to the end of the conservatorship, but she definitely knows that this is too public to play games with now. Jamie can't contest the removal of the conservatorship of the person, while also stating Britney has no reason to be in a conservatorship of her person.

There is no way they can hide from any of this, They have made it clear that no one wants the position, Britney has no reason to be in it and all of their integrity is down the drain as this goes on.

Literally, all the key conspirators in this have fought themselves into corners that paint everyone in a bad light, but give Britney the opportunity to petition to end the conservatorship of her person! All because they're trying to save their own *****! 

ALL WHILE BRITNEY IS IN HAWAII WITH HER BOYFRIEND!

Actually, it's possible that Jodi did report the lithium and other abuses to the court...and that the court did nothing.

Britney herself already testified that this is the second time that she's reported it...So it appears as if the issue may already rest with Judge Penny, no?
