Actually, it's possible that Jodi did report the lithium and other abuses to the court...and that the court did nothing.

Britney herself already testified that this is the second time that she's reported it...So it appears as if the issue may already rest with Judge Penny, no?

@DuranDuran

Jodi wasn’t her conservator when Britney was put on lithium so how could she of reported it?

Just to remind you guys,

Britney does not want:

  • a new care plan

Britney wants:

  • for the both the conservatorship of person and estate, to end.

PLAIN AND SIMPLE! don't fall for their manipulative tactics guys. This conservatorship/ careplan/ protection must end in all forms.  Britney will live as a free woman, no buts and ifs.

Maybe. But I doubt it, cuz if this were the case, we would be able to see activity in the docket of filed docs, even if they are sealed.

I think all sides tried to follow the status quo as long as possible, but now it's impossible.

Jodi has officially been Britney's caregiver for about a year at that time. This is in the court documents. So she could report the abuse to the court.  But the question is whether she did it.

Guys, get used to posting the direct links to the sources, please. With so much misinformation going around the net, we need to read things by ourselves, not just from some copy and paste.

Link to this press statement by Jodi Montgomery: https://www.paismontgomery.com/press-statement

- "Britney is someone who was at an increased risk of severe illness due to preexisting conditions." > What could she possibly have?! Either it's something terrible we have no idea about, or a stupid thing blown out of proportion.

- "Ms. Montgomery looks forward to presenting a comprehensive Care Plan to the Court setting forth a path for termination of the conservatorship for Britney, and Ms. Montgomery looks forward to supporting Britney through that process." > MORE EVALUATIONS

Britney herself said that she feels like Jodi has stepped over the line with her. I trust Britney. She doesn't speak ill about anyone unless being directly provoked.

This statement was totally defensive.... and it obviously raises more red flags:

  1. If Britney was able to get married and have children - who was this 'team' (quote on quote as Britney said) preventing her from removing the IUD?  If Jamie is simply responsible for her finances, and Jodi is responsible for her 'care' and wellbeing, then that's clearly on Jodi.  Though I'm sure Jamie had major involvement in that control too, since he's obviously the root of all the corruption involved in this.

  2. That's a lot of touting Jodi's concern and care, but they ironically forgot to mention her past c-ship abuse incidents? (I think some Exhalers mentioned it on here before)

  3. Britney clearly said she takes her meds on time, and wants to do 1-2 therapy sessions a week in the privacy of her own home.  She clearly doesn't want this care package, so why are they still pushing that, and why is the courts allowing them to push that?

  4. She claims Britney was at home simply due to Covid-19 measures in Southern California, yet she was always stuck at home well before the pandemic (doing those fashion walk posts and forced QnAs).  She also got to travel, wasn't wearing her mask properly, and kissing dirty statues. Yet that wasn't a problem. So she's obviously not as 'high risk' as they say she is.

It's quite possible she chose to have the IUD at one point because it can be better than taking birth control pills since it doesn't mess up your hormonal system. The issue now is she's being prevented from removing it. So that could be James and/or Jodi depending on how long she's been trying to get it removed.

Yeah this makes sense. Britney was in her 20s 13 years ago. So during that stage of life she might have already had it but perhaps since meeting Sam she wants to settle down again and they won’t authorize her or a medical professional to remove it. So even if they claim they never put the IUD there in the first place, they’re still manipulating her reproductive rights by denying her the ability to remove it. B^tches.

You’re totally wrong. Jamie had the restraining order in late 2019 that’s when Jodi stepped in to take over for person so Britney could see her sons. So Jodi was her conservator in 2018? That doesn’t make any sense as she said her dad who was conservator of the person had to green light the lithium from the doctor who Britney said was “abusive” in early 2019 if you listen back at the testimony. She was sent her to rehab in early 2019. Jodi took over as temporary late 2019 around months after Britney got out of  rehab.  you’re totally wrong, you need to look back at dates sis..

Jodi was her care manager before she was her temporary conservator though. Jamie asked for her to take over as temporary conservator in 2019 but she was Britney’s care manager well beforehand for some time.

WTF is this part? Britney is someone who was at an increased risk of severe illness due to preexisting conditions.  A well-renowned epidemiologist was brought onto the medical team and that doctor’s advice was followed to ensure Britney’s safety from exposure to the virus at all times.

What preexisting conditions? They're talking about her smoking? :squintney_britney_confused_huh_what_umm_ok_glory:

Mrs Montgomery just say you step aside from the conservatorship after Britney's claims and that you're willing to cooperate with a full investigation on you :hillary_clinton_mad_rant_yelling_telling_arguing_fighting:

I don't understand either....it sounds like she's saying bc britney has a preexisting condition (mental illness?) that she was at increased risk of catching the virus.......last time I checked just cause you go a mental illness doesn't increase your chance of catching a virus
