Despite the tension that’s here in the US and the obvious problems needed to worked on I do thank god that I was privileged enough to live in the US. There are many countries where children suffer everyday and have 1/10th of the resources I was able to receive, just cause I don’t like the current leaders or the racial tension going on doesn’t make me hate the us. There are a lot of beautiful places here that I have visited like California, places in Florida, Yellowstone, cape cod (I live 30 mins away)

that being said I do have an extreme admiration for European countries like Italy and Germany due to my love for culture and history

I also LOVE India and really love visiting India to see my family and look at the rich culture and all

I really miss my cousins

Omg I’m so stupid I totally ignored the title and talked about the country I lived in :clownery:

I love my country Venezuela...got all the weathers and stations in every region, but its not the best moment to come..

So I love Colombia & Mexico are great places, too much history, great prices and dynamic, also if youre into all this all inclusive experience in hotels mexico is the best (Cancun) for me, you can do it both  first stop in cancun spend 3-5 days, next take a flight to colombia (I Don't like bogota, its just like too big city, got great atractions but everything is away from each point, i prefer cartagena, medellin or barranquilla) the weather is great, the people is so easygoing, if you keep on the best places will be safe for you, great quality service and a lot of activities you can do , for example massages in colombia are AMAZINGGG, excursions in medellin to Guatape is a  Big stone  in the lake, also Poblado in medellin got this party vibe always, i would suggest you to do Colombia, in oct or November, is just great, beach in cartagena is amazing, if you want to see more of cartagena you can see in netflix "Always a Witch"

I Could help you to planify ur trip, and any recomendation if you want, just dm Me.

Tickets from Texas or florida to make this tour would be like about 400-500$ for doing mexico and colombia, if you want to make just one, would be about 200$ if is mexico and about 300$ if you decide only for colombia.

I Would do Cancun, Medellin & Cartagena fit perfect 4 u.

Also in US Puerto rico is Amazing if you don't want to go outside of us, great beaches, great activities not so cheap but the experience is great.

I'm from England, my two favourite places i've visited are:

Bali, Indonesia - Bali was INCREDIBLE! It was paradise and the people were SO nice!

Hawaii, USA - I've visited twice and WOW it truly is my favourite place i've ever visited (it is SO different to the other states), I love the culture there and the whole vibe! So peaceful, great people, food, EVERYTHING!

So i'd love to go back to those places, but they are both 17 & half hours flight away :yasqueen: (those flights were torture but SO worth it)

I'd love to visit Italy one day too!  I used to want to move to the US after visiting probably about 10 times or more but then Trump got elected and I started hearing more about hurricanes, shootings etc and that put me off. Plus the fact you have to pay crazy prices for healthcare is shocking to me, I feel SO fortunate that we have free healthcare in the UK.

If i'm honest I enjoy living in the UK so i'm not sure if i'd permanently move somewhere else but I LOVE travelling so much!

Between the places I've visited, I probably liked England the best. Although, I only visited London.

I would love to visi Spain and Australia someday. Back when I was in high school I wanted to move to Australia, even tho it's on the other side of the planet :clownery: Now I'm more realistic and thinking Germany :cheese:

It’s very fulfilling living in another country even if it’s short term. I lived in China for a year and it was one of the best years ever :mcry:

I know I’ve been wanting to go forever. My little sister travels as much as I do, but we always go to different places. She loved Hawaii too and I’m waiting for things to improve here so that I can resume traveling since I miss it so much. I saw that the UK hasn’t banned us yet, but we’d have to go through two week quarantine before we’d be let in and I don’t have that much vacation left :haha:

What you described about why you love those places are exactly what I love about big cities. There’s just something about nightlife and the lights/skyscrapers that just take your breath away :mcry:Shanghai and Kuala Lumpur were like that too and when I get a chance to I’ll definitely go to Hong Kong, Macau, and Singapore :urite:

I have always had a soft spot for France, especially Paris. I have only been there once but i definitely left a piece of my heart there.

Would love to come back, stay for a longer amount of time and just soak up what the country has to offer.

I loved Paris! I was only there for two days so I saw everything I wanted to see, but not as much as I’d wanted to. The Louvre was also closed so I only got to see it from the outside. I’ll definitely have to go back!

One of my favorite places I went to is Peru, I love the mix of nature and history, there's a lot to see and learn there, the vibe is incredible, food is good, Machupicchu is incredible, the peace you feel there is like you're in heaven. I want to go back there and go to Lima, it seems like a beautiful city full of nice restaurants. i also want to go back to Chile too cause same as Peru, there's a lot to see, I want to go to the Atacama next time.

My list is big:

Iceland - so beautiful, like I said, I love nature!

Italy (including Sardegna) - imagine how cool it would be to rent a car and travel the whole country? just imagine dive in the vinycoulas there? I love wine! and I love pasta! And I love pizza and I love their delicious ice-cream!

Croacia - It seems so beautiful, beautiful beaches, just relax in a boat so cool!

Greece - for the beach parties and do the Lilo with some hot boys! I love partying and alcohol and feel liberated!

Portugal - like the OP said, it has so many beautiful places to see, I want to go those mysterious Castles in Sintra, also it seems like to have such a beautiful sunset there... the food seems awesome!

Berlin - I think I would love there, a lot of culture and a lot of party!

Danmark/Norway/Sweden - I just imagine it being a mixture of quite, good nature and some nightlife, I just placed them together bc they're so near each other and in my mind they're similar countries/culture.

Malta - This Island is so charming, I hope I can go and like live there for a whole month!

Telaviv - It seems like fun, interesting, open mind people? it looks like the main beach there is full of gays and the gays are so hot!

Japan - Don't need to say much, it seems organised, beautiful, I love sushi and I would love to shopping there!

Indonesia/Philippines/Singapore/Thailand/Vietnam - I will just put them together because I can't remember right now the beautiful Islands I would love to go! it just seems so beautiful there, the tropical weather, the food, the beaches, people... I want to go so bad to Bali!

New Zealand - I would probably like live there? it just seems so calm, organised and cool and the president there right now is the best!

Basically that... I think it's a lot, but I would also include some Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria. idk, it seems like people such forgotten countries... it's like mysterious to me, I would love to explore there. I have a friend that travelled across Europe and he loved Budapest, he told me he was impressed by how cool the city is.

Oh, Hawaii, if Britney loves there I would probably love it too! :whiteladydance:

Wow I love your list! I want to go to all the countries you listed! I’ve only been to Portugal and Thailand from those, but all the other ones mentioned are definitely on my bucket list. I also love partying and alcohol :drinky: I have a boyfriend now so definitely have calmed down a lot, but still love to party. Loud music is my thing and if I’m partying and someone plays something mellow, we are having a problem :haha:

you'll enjoy them! plus their transportation system is very efficient, it isn't difficult to go around, although I think Hong Kong has the best among 3, and Macau the least since it doesn't have a light transit system (cause it's too small you can literally walk the entire city in 1 day).

i also almost did not spend a single cent in Macau because every casino has a free shuttle, and there's one lane of food restaurants that gives free taste of their food and they don't mind if you jump from one store to the other without buying anything :orangu:

Singapore is perhaps the most expensive among 3 and also the hottest. but it's definitely one of the safest places on earth. everyone is also able to converse in English (unlike HK and Macau) which is important especially if you can't speak Chinese, Malay or Tamil. you can also cross the border to Malaysia and Indonesia from there. they have the best airport, and flights to Bali, Phuket and Saigon are very cheap when you book it with one of their budget airlines.

Hong Kong by far though is my favorite cause it's mountainous, and everything about it is just stunning. like if you want to see West meets East type of city, that perfectly summarizes it. i hope they get their autonomy back :crying1:

I'm from Europe (Serbia) and I've visited the entire continent. I think there are like 4 countries I didn't visit yet. And although Western Europe is a bit more developed, I've realized that Eastern and Central Europe is far superior when it comes to beauty of the landscape and the country overall. People are generally nicer towards tourists, the nature is amazing, the food is MUCH better than that of Western European lands, and most importantly, it is not overpriced.

See, western european countries are often expensive even for their own citizens, not to mention tourists. Eastern and Central European countries keep things more realistic for everyone when it comes to prices. So definitely visit the following if you're planning to go through Europe soon:

  • Czech Republic
  • Croatia
  • Serbia
  • Hungary
  • Montenegro
  • Slovenia
  • Romania
  • Poland

These countries have so much to offer it is insane. Croatia and Montenegro have an amazing coast. Slovenia and Serbia have breathtaking landscape because of very tall mountains. Did you know that 73% of Serbia and nearly just as much in Slovenia is covered with forests? That's because these countries work hard at preserving their nature and national parks. Additionally, Belgrade is the biggest capital in the area (Serbia) and it's built upon two rivers so it is beautiful.

Hungary has amazing spas and Budapest is one of the prettiest cities in the world. Poland has mountains and Krakow, a city so beautiful ****** ordered his men not to touch it. Czech republic will give you Prague, one of the prettiest cities in the world. And in Romania, you can visit the home of Dracula which is hidden in one of the prettiest parts of the country.

All of these countries are very safe for tourists obviously(this includes LGBTQI), just as much as the western European ones, so definitely give it a shot. Here are some photos:

Wow I loved this! Croatia has been on my list for a long time because of Game of Thrones, but I had never given much thought to traveling to some of the countries you mentioned since I’d heard they’re not as welcoming to everyone. However, your post has made me reconsider and I definitely want to focus on an Eastern Europe trip now. Last time I went I focused on the West, but next trip will definitely be a mix or entirely the east. :urite:
