I personally still don't think she writes the captions etc, I just can't imagine her writing about JT like that tbh. Also she might not even know what song her dancing is put too. But when he released Filthy (such a crap song too ugh lol) it made me think of "How can you sit there and say i'm FILTHY when you're the one who made me GUILTY" lmao! Now that is an epic lyric  she looks cute in the vid when she sticks out her tongue tho, although I notice her at parts looking off to the side at someone like in her old interviews.

Uh, this is kinda ridiculous - it's been almost 20 years. Is she supposed to hold a grudge forever?  Besides, what's so "disgusting" about saying he's a genius?! I don't get it... Just because I dislike someone, for example, doesn't mean I have to dislike everything about them and can't acknowledge their good qualities. She likes his music. So what... Big deal...

And for the record she spoke about JT in an interview in 2013 and wasn’t phased at all by asking if she’d spoken to him recently. She said she hadn’t saw him in like 10 years and that she liked one of his songs. It’s not really weird if she’s singing one of his songs on a workout. It was like 20 years ago they dated she’s had kids in that space and so has he. She’s well and truly moved on from that.

Yep unfortunately I totally agree. My sister knows how much I love Brit and every so often she'll send me one of her insta vids with a msg like "Ummm she's not looking that great" or something like that. I just write back that she's being a ***** and she laughs because I know she won't listen to anything I tell her about c-ship etc, I tried to say to her once how would she be doing if our Dad had controlled her entire adult life for over a decade and she was just like "Hah whatever", general public just sees her as crazy and are not actually interested in the fkd up **** that has happened to her and lead her to this point. Even my friend who was a massive fan and went to Circus tour with me will msg me saying she doesn't think Britney is stable and when I say stuff about Jamie she'll just kinda be like "Oh yeah that's so bad" but I feel like she's not really interested and just thinks Britney is unstable but won't keep saying to me cos she knows I disagree. After I saw 'Seberg' movie and what the FBI/press did to Jean Seberg to discredit her public image (pretty much leading to her committing suicide) i'm not surprised at all at the way they seem to be trying to make Britney look as unstable as possible. I'll forever be devastated about what has happened to Britney, when I look back at old interviews where she has such a spark, is articulate, sweet and so, so charming my heart just breaks

Maybe Britney still sees Justin as a friend?  Their breakup was a huge deal and hopefully healthy closure could help heal that wound.

Yes they are the ones that make it awkward. I read somewhere long ago they were contactually obligated to stay apart. Idk how true that is. But its odd how they could never even be in the same award show togehter. Their relationship is just apart of all the mysterious things that is Britney Spears.

 

I think people hold on to them because it takes us back to a simpler time and a time when she was at her best.

As a Britney fan you should know how justin milked britney’s fame all over the place after he left her, gaining spotlight for being “the one that stole Britney’s virginity”, he made fun of it for so long, doing so many shady stuff against women,  like when he dropped Janet under the bus with the Super Bowl controversy, doing cultural appropriation, etc. and he’s been cancelled for using black culture to the point of having many people annoyed by his actions.

Why should I like him? I seriously think his music is crap and to me he’s one of the most overrated artists in the world. All the support he got from black people liking his (black made music) is gone now.

no matter how many years has been gone since Britney and him were together, I won’t forgive everything Britney had to deal with because of his fault.

he even teamed with Christina for a duo tour just because she was the v/s of Britney. Imagine how nasty of a person.
