Not a lawyer…but Jamie can be held in contempt for not showing up, and jail is one of the possible consequences

He’ll prob be arrested if he doesn’t show…but that’s kind of why I think he won’t show. Going to jail for contempt of court is a lesser consequence than going to jail for all of his human rights violations. Also, Jamie’s deposition is going to reveal he’s a dumb meat sack that knows nothing, and is going to throw Tri Star under the bus. So Tri Star might be setting Jamie up to be the sacrificial lamb…but WE SHALL SEE!

Whatever Rosengart asks, he'll say something ambiguous and then blame it on B, he won't remember critical facts that we know he does remember, and deny any allegations. His stories will not match his own, and whenever he lies, he will expose himself with another truth and then lie about that again. And with every answer he will say that he and his family saved Britney and love her dearly, that he was nothing but a loving father.

Honestly what do you expect...

Him to suddenly come to his senses and admit everything and apologize to Britney?

Hell naw.

I hope for his sake that he speaks the truth and admits at least one allegation. (Not already known facts)

Hmmm... I mean the timing though...

Feels like this was a plan to set Jamie and his WienerGarden to push the emotional blackmail over the kids harder so she backs off from pursuing charges.   They know this will have made her emotional and upset ahead of the depo and want her to crack.
