The referee part was a bummer. I didn’t know Rosengart could’ve asked for a retired judge to be present at the deposition and sustain or overrule Jamie’s objections during the deposition. That certainly would’ve sped up the getting-answers process.

I think it’ll take time for them to transcribe what Jamie says because he’s illiterate and can’t form a cohesive sentence, ugh I feel bad for the court reporter

Im Glad there is no retired judge ruling on the depo. A lot of shady judges in California.
