What was the one career move you wish Britney didn’t do?

As flawless as the Britney era was, for her own mental health I wish she just fully concentrated on Crossroads promotion that era, had a break, and then went on tour . It’s crazy she did those two things simultaneously! That way she could have released a soundtrack of the movie, and then included the cuts in Britney that were originally intended as a separate body of work later. (Instead of half of it being the crossroads sound track). I love the album how it is tho, but I believe this would have potentially been better for her well-being long term as she was very burnt out by Stages and obviously over things in lots of ways by ITZ

I don't think it's fair to criticize anything during the conservatorship because it wasn't her. 

So, I am gonna say In The Zone. Toxic should have been the lead single.

MATM should not have featured Madonna.

Chaotic shouldn't have been a show. It really made her come across bad. Plus it was a ratings flop. I have it on DVD the.

For me it’s either doing X Factor, or Botched Job. I really loathe that album, but tbh because she was so squirreled away in Vegas at that time AND IMO the X Factor damaged the GP’s interest in her around that time so much it didn’t get more attention so not nearly as many people know it exists ya kno?

We cant really make an oppinion on anything 1998-2002 cause that wasnt her but she stated that she was in control during the in the zone era and up until blackout, right?

 

so that is, the in the zone era was a mistake NOT FOR THE ALBUM ITSELF but because if she was so over it then this was the time she should have rested but instead she pushed herself on to recording a new album because she wanted to get some distraction from all the 2002 drama. By agreeing to record a new album when she could have rested at least until 2004 she put herself into the real mess that the in the zone era was (not commercially or anything, but it was a bad time for her already) she really needed time off. Only a year away from the spotlight wasnt enough for her but then again she was already burnt out lol 

 

Our girl has been over it since almost 20 years ago, it’s quite sad when you think about it

I don’t feel like Britney quit anything. I think decisions were made for her. If anything I think she’s done the opposite of  quit and has never given up.
