2K16NEY
It’s a shame Britney Jean was ever released yet we have songs like “State of Grace”, “Sugarfall”, “Rebellion”, etc sitting on a shelf why is life so unfair Link to comment

Stannedforever
The whole BJ is wasted opportunity. You see, ISBE sounds like really early demo with no lead vocals. It could have been good track if it had real vocals and better instrumental. Link to comment
BKSTYL3
the whole album is **** so yes it was a wasted opportunity for actual good material. Link to comment
Alex_1991
With totally different lyrics, no myah, no autotune, no will.i.am, less generic production maybe it would have worked Link to comment

ITZFFGL
This forum is so out of touch with reality. As much as I hate ISBE, yes, it was a huge wasted opportunity. The sound was popular at the time and lyrically, as corny as it is, actually fits the “personal” angle they tried to market BJ as while also being a banger. Same with Til It’s Gone and Alien. All huge missed opportunities. Work ***** was a dumb lead single for “her most personal album ever” and Perfume is boring trash that nobody wants to hear from Britney Spears. Link to comment

We’re out of touch with reality and yet you suggest ISBE could have been a hit ISBE personal HOW? There is NOTHING personal about BJ. It was all a selling tactic. Link to comment
Million Billion
Not precisely a wasted opportunity but during the BJ era anything could have been better than nothing. Wasted opportunities CIRCUS - Quicksand FF - Up & Down, honestly the entire album had great potential singles BJ - Now That I Found You GLORY - Better Link to comment
BOBIBCFBG
I really like this song, one of my faves from BJ. Def could have been a single. Link to comment
Content Curators Britneyarmy8 Posted September 10, 2018 Content Curators Share Posted September 10, 2018 Broccoli cheese is dead and the album is gross besides wb don’t @ me Link to comment
BritLOVER
I've always said i've LOVED this song - but only if the Autotune was taken away. Behind the autotune, you can hear that the tone/voice Britney has sounds really good - I would pay so much money to hear the original without all the voice effects!! Link to comment

Most of you have no idea what non-fans digest or how Britney is received by the average person. its personal in the sense that Britney is speaking about love and conflict in relationships - like i said it’s CORNY but it’s fundamentally more personal than work *****, Tik Tik boom, etc. Not a difficult concept to comprehend. I voted for Inside Out Slumber Party is a good song, it could have been a hit if Britney and her team actually cared about promoting and radio play. As for BJ, She didn’t write any of the music, she beyoncè’d it and got her name added in to the credits of every song. There is nothing personal about that album. ISBE is not personal, get over it. Not difficult to understand. Link to comment

Beyoncé didn’t write all of lemonade, Rihanna didn’t write all of unapologetic or anti, Gaga didn’t write all of Joanne, Bieber didn’t write all of purpose, etc etc etc “personal” has nothing to do with songwriting. Lyrically, alien, passenger, it should be easy, till it’s gone, and most of britney Jean is indeed personal. Nobody cares about songwriting outside of stans. Link to comment
ralphcornio
Can't get over the fact you're only now starting to recognize Britney Jesus wasn't that bad... Link to comment
