Which male celebrity posted himself pole dancing? If a man post himself wearing a thong it's probably to poke fun at himself and not because he's trying to be ****, like Britney is doing here. Its not that hard to understand, and the fact that exhale is the only place in the world where people (force themselves to) praise her videos and pictures says it all really lol

Pole dancing it's more that just "***ual" stuff, it requires a lot of technique and practice to pull those moves, like a sport. Anyway, she will end with a very toned body if she keeps doing this.

This model she has is called a stage pole, the top doesn't connect to anything, but that base is sturdy as heck and weighs a crap ton. So the pole screws into the base and there are solid steel supports inside the pole. X-pole is one of the absolute best brands of pole money can buy, it is used in pole competitions and studios all over

Most of the pole fails you see online are cheap poles from Amazon etc that have plastic pieces inside, or are not properly installed (which isn't an issue with a stage model) so she's pretty safe as long as she practices safe technique (being warmed up and using a crash pad/spot for any risky tricks... which doesn't look like she's attempting as of yet)
