This is a great step for Britney’s healing and, even though Lynne is shady, it makes me happy for Britney.

What are you talking about? I have never said she needs to be in a conservatorship. Are you confusing me with another user? Yes, she is mentally ill obviously but what does that have to do with anything? Her mother is one of the reasons for her mental illness. That's why it's very important she doesn't bring her back out of loneliness.

I am happy for her that she met with her mommy. Every one needs their mom at the end of the day no one can take a place of your mother. She has been more happy and at peace. Next will be reconnecting with her kids.

And obviously Lynne has a history of a very longrunning toxic dynamic when it comes to Jamie and the family structure. And ironically that toxic dynamic continued far into the adult life where Jamie ended up controlling the entire family through the c-ship and Britney's money.

Sometimes it takes a MAJOR shift in the dynamic and power structure for a family member to realise how they have participated and enabled that toxic dynamic for so long.

I'm happy that she found the courage to forgive her Mom.

And pray that she will forgive the rest of her family, her father included. I know this might push some buttons in here, but I strongly believe that the capacity to forgive is the biggest strength anyone can have. It takes a lot of courage, faith and goodness to do so, I like to believe that Britney has that in her.

I feel like she’s being sarcastic, she often said even in her audios she posted, that she was en more angry at her mom than her dad , for not reacting and not helping. Lynne was always complicit to the abuse and was very manipulative and also very absent during her childhood and younger  years. But if they can have a relationship it’s better as long as as they are keeping some sort of distance, cause there’s a lot of trauma still, and you can’t forgive that quickly so many years of abuse
