Britney Confirms Reunion With Mom Lynne

I hope the best for Britney. Last part sounds a bit sarcastic but I won't read into it. Just want Britney to be happy and heal.

Am I the only one detecting serious sarcasm in that post? 

After 3 years, they only met for 30 mins? To me that means that it didn’t go too well. I bet Britney really let her have it. She must have so much pent up anger and so much to say to her. 
 

Even if that’s the case, sometimes you need to let it all out in order to be able to move forward. 
 

I for one hope they mend their relationship, for Britney’s sake and heart, but I also kinda hope she keeps her at arm’s length. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice…

 

Anyway, that’s just my perspective on all this. Ultimately it’s Britney’s life and she should do what’s best for her.

I love this for her. This is progress. THIS is her really truly starting to heal. I hope she’s doing well and she can extend this to other family members — including her boys. 
 

I still find it so sad that she is estranged from her boys and how their relationship with her has deteriorated over the years.

at the end of the day it's nobody's business and if britney's willing to forgive her, we must support her decision. lynne and britney's relationship has always been complicated and we don't know what's going on behind closed doors.

We can speculate all we want but at the end of the day, it’s Britney, at last, calling the shots.

Life is too short to bear all the weight of what Britney went through on her own and if this means some reconciliation and forgiveness with her mother can help Britney heal, I hope we can support her decision 🩷

I feel like Britney is on a healing path and look, if she feels like reconnecting with her mother is what's best for her, then I'm happy for her.

Some people talk like she's suddenly going back to a codependent toxic relationship afer meeting for half an hour... I feel like there's a middle ground there where things won't ever be like before because trust has been shattered but at the same time she feels like it's positive for her to be on speaking terms, say merry christmas happy birthday, etc.

Plus, there's a chance this is the only way back to her children, so I understand Britney must have her own good reasons and I respect it.

 One thing ….forgiveness is powerful . As God forgives us when we ask for it Britney has every right to Forgive ! Forgiveness is a powerful thing and I truly hope that things can be worked out . She deserves a mother mistakes made or not we can’t sit here and say Lynne is this or that or not truly sorry or feel sorrow and we furthermore can’t sit and judge Britney for forgiving her .

This could be a very good reason Lynne suddenly showed up.

And what did Lynn do right after that meeting? She went right to TMZ to spill every detail. That’s foul and Britney being aroung these people AGAIN, aka people who literally drugged her back in the day to get her locked up and who just last year asked her to pay THEIR legal fees is beyond. This is not cute mother daughter reunion imo. It’s Lynn trying to get more money because it stopped pouring in.

This actually makes me so happy for Britney. God bless her and may she have all of the happiness in the world 🤍 Lynne making a trip out there was a big step in the right direction. I’m proud of both of them!
