Wait..so when she was making her “daddy” and team con money, her private medical records were fought to be sealed, but now that she’s no longer funding their livelihoods, he wants them made public? He’s deluded af if he thinks this will somehow make him look good. Lets say she does have a severe mental illness, why would we he treat her like a “racehorse” all these years? This drunk, sad excuse of a father remains miserable and despicable.

Why do we need to know her diagnosis? As long as she is privately working through it, is getting the help she needs, there is no reason to reveal it.

we don't need to know her medical records, but even if they were public it would be even worse for Jamie because unless she's diagnosed with dementia or something worse than that, which she clearly didn't have since she was perfectly able to work since the first month of the conservatorship, there's nothing that could've justified putting her through these 14 years of torture. 

Not even schizophrenia or bipolarity justify the kind of conservatorship she was put under. 

Any valid reason for the conservatorship would've had to be something chronic that wouldn't get better with time, but all the opposite, she would've gotten worse each year and we would notice that today that she's out of the conservatorship, but that's not the case. So what game is he trying to play other than just keep shaming and humiliating her for the sake of it?

My bet is this will be denied and has no merit to be released to the public.

Britney isn't on trial here, Britney was forced to conform to the C Ship's rules, not the other way around.

What I don't understand is why have their positions change? If I do remember correctly, Britney asked to have her medical information unsealed during conservatorship, didn't she? She wanted for the public to know, and TeamCon argued against it. Now they flip positions. 

What changed?

He had self-interested motives to get her daughter into one. Whatever diagnosis probably lacks credibility in light of these self-serving biases.

after being over medicated, **** after many years of course they disrupt a person, remember medication could kill babies and have more effects than a lobotomy ,so we don't really know how many things did to britney because his father was authorizing, but is clear that the goal was inhabilitate her to drain her accounts, at least we still got britney with life!! i just hope she could heal enough, but you know many years taking ***** or  meds that she doesn't really needed of course that got consequences.

Surely the more serious her "diagnosis" is, the worse he would look? If she was "too unwell" to make sound decisions, then how could she have consented to go on multiple world tours and do a Vegas residency? He's basically asking to be accused of exploitation at this point.
