They clearly didn't have an agreement hashed out for the Circus tour...This appears to be a convo where Lou and GW are trying to figure out how to pay Spears Management, Inc. without approval of the court.

Wrote a story and plopped it into the OP. In case you're confused:

Newly surfaced emails show Lou Taylor's attempts to pay Jamie Spears from Britney's estate and do so without the L.A. court knowing about it, as well as hiding it from the public. 

* The email exchange is between her and another nefarious key player (my opinion) in the conservatorship, Geraldine Wyle. In the email (slide 2), Lou asks Geraldine if they can lump a payment into the tour budget. It's unclear at the moment how much of Britney's money was paid out and grouped into the tour budget. 

Wyle says no that can't be done because that would cross the court's radar, which could jeopardize Jamie's position as conservator (and thus, their entire plan would crumble). 

Instead, Wyle says they can "hopefully and probably keep it off the public radar" and mentions Britney's former lawyer overseeing the conservatorship, Sam Ingham, would likely approve the request. Taylor replied, "I would like to get that done."

* Elsewhere, in newly filed docs, Tri Star admits to having Britney's confidential medical records. 

* A separate email surfaced from Wyle to Jamie and Britney's former assistant employed by Tri Star, Robin Greenhill, passing along questions asked by Britney's conservator over her person, Jodi Montgomery. This also illustrates Britney's former business team played a role in regards to Britney's private medical information. 

* Tri Star also refuses to produce all the documents they have regarding monetary compensation paid out to them by Britney's estate during the time of the conservatorship. 

TL;DR: 

1) There is evidence that Tri Star attempted to stealthily transfer funds without the court's knowledge.

2) Tri Star had access to Britney's confidential medical information.

Seems like this also is a good starter for Ingham investigation. This tastes like he was hella complicit and now it's on paper.

Btw is it normal that the opposing party is referring to Britney's lawyer with the first name? I find that very odd to begin with.

1st all this needs time, without evidence there's no case. With the evidence they have until now there's a weak case, with every more paper work there's a strong case. Rosengart and Freeny will dig until they have a case that can't be easily dismissed. Which takes time.

So stop Banoning and read and Mark documents on the docket or let the man do his job.

Are you saying it's lie b/c in order for tristar to produce all these documents for the WEG case(what does that stand for?) she had to been doing accounting since around the very beginning of the cship in february 2008? that's how I understand it. I mean why else would she be involved in this  WEG case, if she wasn't indeed hired by the con right after the cship started? I think it just wasn't on record (on writing) that lou was the business mgr at the start of 2008 along with Gerber

I've just noticed that I need to insert this into my Chronological Timeline!

Just after the CON was implemented, Tri Star was hired to do the accounting for the WEG lawsuit. The lawsuit was then mysteriously settled by June 5, 2009.

WEG managed Britney until February 2003, but under a "sunset clause" was contracted to receive commissions until February 2008 for deals negotiated on her behalf. Now WEG claims that Britney stopped paying in December 2006. WEG claims Britney has not accounted for or paid commissions for Zomba advances on LP's 3 and 4 ("In The Zone" and "Greatest Hits"), among other claims against "Britney Touring, Inc" (BTI).
