How does Rosengart know the listening device was under the bed?

Rosengart told to the press and the fans yesterday that the listening device was under Britney’s bed.

I went back to check out the Controlling Britney Spears documentary and New York Times article talking about the listening device and neither says that the device was under her bed.

I take that to mean that he has talked to Alex V. and has the recordings. It seemed that he tried to make Vivian/Jamie lie about the recordings to the judge (when he asked the judge to ask Vivian/Jamie about the recordings).

That was a misunderstanding – some big Britney fan in Twitter misunderstood a tweet from Britney’s Law Army for a moment. They deleted the tweet but many had retweeted it.

Rosengart hasn’t confirmed that he has talked with Alex nor that he has the recordings, but based on him sharing that detail makes me think that he has talked to Alex.

Device was in badroom so it could be a matter of speech.. Britney often uses it to express strong feeling to something like “1000%” or “strong britney” things

Rosengart is a lawyer who chooses his words very carefully for maximum impact.

I believe it is possible he dropped that detail to hint to Vivian/Jamie that he has the recordings.

Britney may have not known until now that she was recorded in her bedroom.

It makes sense that if the source of the recordings reached out to the NY Times...that person also reached out to Rosengart.

I think the source from where Samantha got this info is the same person who gave info to Mathew as well? Or maybe Mathew reached out to NYT people for the sources?

Yes, I believe so too. My guess is that he reached out to NYT first (for maximum publicity) and then to Rosengart. OR Rosengart reached out to him after being asked about the revelations in the documentary (before the documentary was ready). 
 

My point is that Rosengart seems to know more details about the recordings than have been publicly reported – and that makes me very excited. 🤩

Of course, I am very sure more and more truth will be coming out and he will be investigating after the termination so we will learn a lot of things probably by this year itself. Hope for the best, at least a major victory happened for Britney! I am listening to her songs all day today.

There's also an old email where her old lawyer asked jamie and edan if there was a device on her phone, so maybe its something she has found herself before.

Britney/Sam/Ronsengart could have learned about the device from the NYT documentary and they started looking for it and found it under her bed.. no big deal

Yeah i would agree either they found the device or Britney knew it was there and she just didn’t want to get in trouble for removing it

That doc was months in the making, (and I think Sam and Liz mentioned it in their interview on ET) that the recordings were handed over to Rosengart. There's no way he would not have known beforehand.

There is no way Rosengart watched the doc, heard Alex say he had made a copy, and didn’t reach out to get the evidence.  Rosengart goes HARD.

He didn’t come to play so he would have done research into this and gathered evidence before the hearing. Like a real lawyer should
