That's the meaning of a conservatorship, complete and utter control over a person's life and choices. 

 

Now, the lawyersforjamie are inciting a civil war within the fanbase, they did their job, done. Look at how half of the people in this thread is already accepting that *MAYBE* britney wants the conservatorship after all.

 

Like are they even fans of BritneY? She literally said years ago she wanted a daughter. How can she get pregnant while being under a CONSERVATORSHIP? It literally forces her to be sterile for the rest of her life.

However, I agree with Pokie, in that at this point they need to be dissolved and a different solution in its place. One that doesn't legally strip her of her rights. The conservatorship has been abused and keeping it in place imo puts her at risk for someone else to step in and control things. 

Piggy backing off of this - y’all know how many unjust situations exist that ppl accept because of status quo/feeling defeated? That doesn’t mean there aren’t TONS of activists, communities, nonprofits, lobbyists etc that are still fighting for the humane and just thing to be done.

Her being out of personal conservatorship and staying in business side of it makes no sense whatsoever. And quite frankly it's illegal. So they can take that argument and shove it in the a hole.

 

Jamie is right. Sam needs to let Britney speak for herself in front of Penny. Penny can clear the court room so they can have 1 on 1 talk

Yeah I said that. Because ppl are claiming that her conservatorship is voluntary and she can petition to end it whenever she wants to.

 

Its obvious that's not the case. Because she did try to end it for years. 

 

And yeah. It's a ****ed up situation. It's never ending circle of corruption. I don't see her getting out any time soon. And LFB need to shut the eff up.
