But I thought that third-company is only going to deal with her assets, so ber business side. That doesn't mean she won't need a lawyer. The conservatorship is still in place, especially the one of the person. Last time I checked, she isn't done with it, therefore Ingham or any kind of lawyer  is still needed. Right? :jl_jamie_lynn_awkward_cringe_eek:

Forgive me if I sound like a simpleton :jl_jamie_lynn_awkward_cringe_eek:

This is all in relation to the Conservatorship of The Estate, not the person. Yes, Britney still needs lawyers, but Jamie's priority is clear money focused. He knows he doesn't stand a chance.

I dont know if its been stated clearly if this firm britney wants to hire would work by jaimes side or if they would do it alone, since if i recall correctly this mess started when britney stated she didnt want his dad to manage her state anymore but im a bit condused on that part too

Yeah, she wants her dad replaced. If you look at the most recent document, Jamie is now conceding that a corporate conservator should be added to the conservatorship as a CO-conservator, not as a main conservator. Meaning he would like to stay on in a co-conservator position. Britney wants him fully replaced and have the conservator of both her financial and private life be managed by a corporate representative. He's trying negotiate a middle ground in hopes of him not being completely removed.

I might be wrong in saying this but I think it goes something like this.

After the late August Court Dates, Britney and Ingham had until the end of September to file their petition for Alternatives to Jamie. Jamie had until the start of October to file any objections or make any noise. If both parties didn't agree, it would go to trial. Wallet was the Jamie alternative, and therefore, it could potentially lead to a trial if it wasn't resolved by mid-october.

Ingham recognised that a lot of the potential court cases and trials were beyond his remits of expertise, and he recognised Jamie had access to additional lawyers and money that Britney, technically, did not (as Jamie oversees the estate).  Loeb and Loeb would have come in to fight against Jamie, Wyle (who has played dirty during all of this) etc going forward (as opposed to just Ingham).

Ingham and Britney knew how to hit Jamie where it hurted and made it clear Wallet wasn't fit for purpose and would be far too expensive, where as Bessemer and Loeb & Loeb are some of the leading experts in the estate management and Conservatorships. It was made clear by Britney that she does not want Jamie, but he continued to fight this, and if Bessemer were to be approved, they could call for an audit of Britney's estate, which is already under scrutiny. This, with experts in Conservatorships, would spell disaster for Jamie, Wyle, Lou etc. anyone invested in the C-Ship.

Jamie removing his petition is him recognising that both Loeb and Loeb and Bessemer are too powerful for to go up against. By removing his petition, he is trying to make sure that Britney doesn't get powerful professional specialised lawyers. He's thinking long term; its easier for him to fight against Ingham alone.

Now, I feel that Ingham will respond and call for the judge to approve Britney's request for Loeb and Loeb going forward, unless Jamie steps down.

Thanks! :wink_britney_everytime_white:

Ok so is this good?

Not exactly. This is an attempt at his staying on as co-conservator if the judge in fact decides to allow Britney's request to appoint third party corporate representative.

It's like he's saying, "Oh I agree with what Britney wants, but what if I stay on as a co-conservator instead of being replaced?"

No, Courts ALWAYS prefer mediation is used to settle matters instead of hearings.

Britney wants Jamie fully removed, this way he's still involved and says he's open to a corporate fiduciary as co-conservator alongside him.

This way he would still be involved :teigen_chrissy_eek_awkward_um_cringe:

I really really hope that Brenda denies his request and Sam continues to request litigation counsel in order to remove Jamie.

In the document you are talking about Ingham said “Britney strongly opposes James as her SOLE conservator of the estate”! So him being out of the picture now is misinformation. He was always going to be co conservator along with Bessemer.

Of course she wants him out, but that was Ingham strategy and husband first step

yes and no.

This is jamie going panic mode cause he doesnt stand a chance against Britney, Ingham, Bessemer and Loeb & Loeb if Penny aproves the last two to enter the game cause they could do an audit of Britney's state records and discover all the mess Jamie, Lou and TriStar made with her money. In other words, Team Con could go to jail for money laundering and exploitation.

The bad side is that if Britney and Ingham fall for that, he could pretty much suggest another fiduciary firm of his choice instead Britney's Bessemer request, probably Stonebridge (Lou again) claiming it is not expensive as Bessemer. And if they get to an agreement before the Loeb hearing, that means Jamie wouldnt have to face Loeb's team of lawyers specialized in conservatorships, leaving Ingham alone in this situation *again*.

Best case scenario is that Britney and Ingham keep going for Bessemer, Loeb and Judy Montgomery to remove Jamie completely later on and wreck everybody's holes.

To me, and for everyone that has a functioning brain, its clear as water that Jamie just doesnt want Britney armed with professionals cause he and Lou have things to hide :byesmoke_tiffany_miss_ms_ny_new_york_sitting_smoking_cigarette:

I find it comical that he’s so concerned about fees now when those fees would be going to people of BRITNEY’S CHOOSING. He doesn’t seem so concerned when it comes to Lou, who I’m sure was not Britney’s choice or Wallet, who we know for a fact wasn’t Britney’s choice, then there’s Ingham but at least he’s doing his job now (so for now, he gets a pass, but that pass can be revoked at any time, lol), and what about your lawyers Jamie, why on earth do u need like what 4 lawyers all being paid by Britney. Then there’s your fee dad, a man who’s failed at pretty much every business attempt in his life up until 2008, for the past decade you’ve been making a living off the blood, sweat and tears of your own flesh and blood, i think most dads would be embarrassed by that, I think most dads would wanna help their child to learn the skills to live life on their own again as fast as possible, instead of just keeping her imprisoned in that infantilized bubble.

This guy pisses me off!!

I want to put faith in her but she's made decisions that favored in Jamie so I'm worried she'll do the same. Not saying she's corrupt but like you said they always prefer mediation. Like my anxiety is spiking up because she really needs this! :gobaby_cheering_yes_yas_wow_proud:
