I was obsessed with her first two albums.

But I'm not gonna lie, I think her second and third albums are pretty unlistenable. I still like beautifully broken though!

And obviously her first album is a gem. 

I still can't believe she is DIANA ROSS' daughter in law. I honestly think about that all the time....

Somehow her 1st album completely encapsulates the early 2000s pop-rock-ish sound, yet doesn’t feel dated when I listen to it today. The ‘Autobiography’ album is iconic from opening to close. I love ‘I Am Me’ but I think ‘Bittersweet World’ is superior to her 2nd album imho

I LOVED her music (and her show ) back then when I a tennager. I still listen to some of her songs ocasionally. 

I think what truly killed her career was "Outta My Head". It was cute but it's wasn't the hit lead single that she needed for a comeback. Bittersweet World was a good album but it had no hit songs on it. 

A comeback would be cute ngl.

Autobiography is probably somewhere in my top 10 albums. I was like 12 when it came out. There's some naive/youthful parts of it that have aged kind of weirdly (lyrically) but the overall sound and production... 💯. It for sure influenced me as a musician too. "Undiscovered" could have been a bigger radio hit, still one of my favorite songs ever. "Better Off" and "Unreachable" aged pretty well, too.

I was not, however, nearly as enthused with her second album for some reason. Not sure why.

I have "I Do" on my iPod, my wife thinks it's too cliché but I think it's a cute little ballad.

Such a good song.   She had some good music.  But it was so that time frame.  If the SNL Hoedown never happened, I wonder if she'd still have a career?  I don't think she had longevity material but still could have gone on a bit.

I've been waiting for her to come back (with solo music) for ages, I keep coming back to her discography from time to time, I fell in love with "pieces of me" still one of my favorites, "autobiography, La la, shadow, surrender and love me for me" were also great. I am me is probably my favorite album of hers "boyfriend, l.o.v.e., beautifully broken, burning up, get nasty, invisible, in another life, kicking and screaming, coming back for more". When bittersweet world came out I was not so into it, but now I appreciate it so much more, "outta my head, boys, rule breaker, little miss obsessive, ragdoll, hot stuff, follow you wherever you go" full on bops. Also I need to talk about her 2012 comeback "bat for a heart" I was really excited for her new music/album, I really like the song, and I'm still so pissed off it was all canceled. Yeah Ashlee we need you back (on solo mode) please.

The first two albums were awesome at the time they were released. They didn't age well though. I like listening to old albums for fun out of nostalgia and I sometimes think about listening to those first two albums and never want to. The third album wasn't good. Whatever she did recently with her husband isn't good either. I saw her in concert for the second album, it was cute. I have to admit though that there is something super unlikeable about her family.
