Bag Lady is my bop

Icons of music

You know I started to get into her and completely deviated I love Desenchantee I'm gonna go back.

Don't Cha, Buttons, Hot Stuff YAS this album is a must.

Laundry Service is one of Shakira's best honestly, particularly in English.

I love all of Mylenes discography since her first album , tho the last 2 albums didn't really do it for me anymore but she's a Genius when it comes to writing songs , in my opinion innamoramento is one of the best albums ever .... and interestingly the late 90's was a musical peak for literally anybody .....:raven:

12. Nena (German band) Nena

Stand out tracks Kino, Lechtrrum, And of Course 99 Luftballons. It's easy to get the correct lyrics translated as I learned The English versions didn't match the songs at all.

11 Madonna Madame X.

I love what she did. She took Fado and bred it raw with Pop melodies and political lyrics and gave us a Gift and return to form as Madonna the artist and prophet.

#10 S Club 7 '7'.

There's still no party like an S Club Party

#8. Nena Oldschool

After being criticized by the German press of not embracing her 80s status. Nena did what she does best worked with a German hip hop production duo and Her grown up kids and made Oldschool. A slap in the face to the critics. (All songs in German)

#7 The human league Dare. One of the first albums in the synth pop era. While the bandleader Oakley was proud of the album. He forced Virgin to put their biggest hit as the last track on side 2 of the vinyl cos he detested the production. That big hit was Don't you want me which is considered one of the best pop songs of the 1980s.

FYI. Due to the success of dare. A 7 track remix album love and dancing was created. Being released in 83. Considered the first remix album and a pioneer in taking advantage of consumers money for wanting more music. Dare also created the EP as well with the fascination ep containing left over tracks and one new song. Fan favorite  Keep feeling fascination.

#6 Prince 1999. Another synth pop gem. Listen to the 65 track super deluxe to actually understand the genius that is Prince.

#5 Ace of Base Happy Nation (U.S. Version)

#4 Nena ?

#3 The human league crash

#2 Prince Purple rain

#1 Paula Abdul Forever your girl
