The pics matches how her hair look in that pap pic from earlier it’s new. I assuming since they’re investigating her dad he’s giving her access to her phone so it don’t seem like she’s in jail. I do think it’s Britney posting these even the old video with the Michael song

They're in panic mode. Look at them constantly throwing Britney under the bus to make themselves look good. 

By the looks of it, they're divided, they're not even talking to each other. Just look at how reports are being released.

On one hand, you have Larry talking to TMZ (just imagine how uneasy he is as he felt the need to do it, which only led him to rattle himself out). On the other hand, you have Taylor going for bigger outlets to desperately trying shut down the movement, as expected, and publishing on Britney's insta to shut down the rumors about the Sam being payed to be the boyfriend.

If we consider Lou lurking on insta about the information exposed, we can be pretty certain she and the rest are really preoccupied.

 

Edit: just look at the shot aimed to Larry on the CNN article:
