I think he was hinting at the fact her family has treated her like a show pony since she was a child (pageant trophies) and he questioned why the video was leaked when she was in the facility (hinting that her team leaked it to distract the public). He obviously see’s something isnt right with her conservatorship.

I think all we could really imply is that he is supporting the #freebritney movement and he agrees something is not right with the conservatorship.

I assume reference to the patent trophies refers to how Britney has been paraded around by her parents for money from a young age (those pagent prize $$$ aint no joke) and perhaps that they've always looked at her like a cash cow.

To me the situation only makes complete sense when you look at it from the perspective of her parents + conservators wanting to milk as much money from Britney as they can, threatening her with loss of her children + making her look crazy in the press to justify it, and maybe giving her small amounts of creative freedom but always wanting to have the final say in what will sell the most.

Britney has been crying out for help. Eleven years it’s taken for people to hear her cries for freedom. She cries out through visual symbols in her videos. The Elle photoshoot from 2009 where she’s in a cage surrounded by animals. Everyone’s staring at her but not doing anything to release her. 

Where the hell is her mother and brother?? If they’re doing something ANYTHING on the down low to truly do RIGHT by Britney and get her out of this set up she’s trapped in and moved away from the greedy wicked vultures that’s taken advantage of her for years and abused the system, then Lynne and Bryan need to hurry the **** up. This is a travesty!! I don’t know how Lynne and the rest of them can sleep at night. This has got to stop!!!
