I think Amanda Bynes is a good example of how you do a celebrity conservatorship right. She has control over her finances, and career choices, but her parents have control over her health, and medical stuff. Her team or parents didn't push her to get right back into the industry, she took a couple of years to prepare herself, and go to college. Even though she went to rehab this year, she seems to be happier and healthier than ever.

everyone is scared to report on the truth prob related to previous threats of legal action by team B. Various legal representatives are prob scared to try and get involved and can you blame them? John Eardley was disbarred after getting involved in this case after practicing law since 1987 that speaks volumes. this is such a huge case and remember there was an article even alleging death threats were made in 2009 when John Eardley tried to get involved and certain evidence was being discovered and supposedly his office was robbed. They have a lot to hide and we have to keep digging, but IMO I do feel we need a major celebrity or social influencer with a large following on our side who is not afraid to do more than “like” comments to take this where it really needs to go. It’s a lot to research and people just are not informed enough it seems. It’s much easier for them to make us sound like a bunch of lunatics because that’s what’s being put out there. I just really hope after all this work that this goes somewhere bc I will be hopelessly depressed if she stays stuck in this

Asking celebrities to acknowledge this situation is a waste of time. They're all part of this dirty industry.

Berk has prominence.  She represents Jamie Spears beginning from at least February 2008 when the conservatorship over Britney began. Berk is possibly best known for criminal defense of Hollywood A-listers, such as Lindsay Lohan, Mel Gibson and more recently Leonardo DiCaprio.  Berk also has intimate knowledge of Lutfi and served as a witness against him last year.

Berk and Lutfi may have first came into contact in February or early March 2008 based on Berk’s testimony against Lutfi on April 1, 2009 regarding a restraining order proceeding against Lutfi and two others.

Under questioning by attorney Joel Boxer, who also represents Jamie Spears and a co-conservator of Britney’s estate, Andrew Wallet, attorney, Berk spoke of a Mercedes Benz that Lutfi  drove when he was still with Britney’s companion.

“He (Lutfi) was extremely agitated about the fact that there had been a car that he had represented to Mercedes that had been requested by Ms. Spears which is a car that he had driven for his personal use,” said Berk.

Berk personally inventoried the vehicle and discovered a letter addressed to Britney from Jon Eardley, an attorney who has a permanent restraining order against him effective based on allegations he conspired to overthrow the conservatorship.

Y'all remember Britney's Team claiming they found a letter from attorney Jon Eadley right ? Well Blair Berk was the source if we can call her this way .

Blair Berk herself testified in April that Britney was constantly asking her why she couldn’t represent her and Berk told her to see her psychiatrist and that she should listen and talk to Sam Ingham. In short Berk admitted that Britney complained about her both to her and to others.

 

Well Britney, baby we got news but perhaps after so many years you did also get it . Seems like Blair Berk the attorney you ran to after you got out of Promises treatment played you and sold you, she was on daddy payroll .
