So far here are the 4th attorney who had or were supposed to fight the c-ship .

 

 

Adam Streisand, they got scared of him , who won a big c-ship battle (2 Billion dollars ) Steve Ballmer 

Jon Eardley who wanted to take the case to the federal court

Blair Berk , the first lawyer Britney went to when she got out of the Promises facility, but somehow ended being on Jamie's team

John Anderson also lawyer of Sam L , who decided to finally not fil a petition when he saw that Britney's team settled with John Wright , wich would mean she wouldn't have to testify since the case was in FL and B team did not have the LA court protection to stop them for asking for Brit to testify in FL .

Berk has prominence.  She represents Jamie Spears beginning from at least February 2008 when the conservatorship over Britney began. Berk is possibly best known for criminal defense of Hollywood A-listers, such as Lindsay Lohan, Mel Gibson and more recently Leonardo DiCaprio.  Berk also has intimate knowledge of Lutfi and served as a witness against him last year.

Berk and Lutfi may have first came into contact in February or early March 2008 based on Berk’s testimony against Lutfi on April 1, 2009 regarding a restraining order proceeding against Lutfi and two others.

Under questioning by attorney Joel Boxer, who also represents Jamie Spears and a co-conservator of Britney’s estate, Andrew Wallet, attorney, Berk spoke of a Mercedes Benz that Lutfi  drove when he was still with Britney’s companion.

“He (Lutfi) was extremely agitated about the fact that there had been a car that he had represented to Mercedes that had been requested by Ms. Spears which is a car that he had driven for his personal use,” said Berk.

Berk personally inventoried the vehicle and discovered a letter addressed to Britney from Jon Eardley, an attorney who has a permanent restraining order against him effective based on allegations he conspired to overthrow the conservatorship.

Y'all remember Britney's Team claiming they found a letter from attorney Jon Eadley right ? Well Blair Berk was the source if we can call her this way .

In a letter sent in January 2008, Eardley tells Spears that her civil rights were violated and that she is being bled dry by her parents. He also says that her children are being used as pawns. 

 

Now based on a comment from the blog that @lilhennythings posted 

Blair Berk herself testified in April that Britney was constantly asking her why she couldn’t represent her and Berk told her to see her psychiatrist and that she should listen and talk to Sam Ingham. In short Berk admitted that Britney complained about her both to her and to others.

 

Well Britney, baby we got news but perhaps after so many years you did also get it . Seems like Blair Berk the attorney you ran to after you got out of Promises treatment played you and sold you, she was on daddy payroll .

 

Blair Berk was Harvey Weinsteins defense lawyer if anyone is curious about her moral standings lol.

In b4 @colormefresh says something about a lack of evidence in Weinstein's accusations of ****** assault and misconduct lol.

First of all she wasnt snubbed with Grammy's or No 1 hits. Lets face it, Britney is not a good singer once her career started. And even critically speaking her music isnt really that great. Its very2 good to listen to but its not the kind of songs that would win her grammys. As for No 1's it really isnt billboard or the music industry fault. Jive never released CD singles for basically all of Britney's singles in the US in order to boost album sales. It works like magic and her albums were selling like hot cakes in the US. Even acts like BSB and Nsync didnt released CD singles in the US for most of their singles. It wasnt like Billboard or RIAA or the whole music industry was against Britney having a no 1 hit. It was due to Jive marketing strategy to boost album sales.

Now as far as why she is so hated. Britney has been a very controversial figure ever since day one. Kind of like Madonna. And she was the biggest most controversial figure of her generation. So most people who are not a fan of her music would probably not like her due to her controversies. And it also didnt help her the fact that she lip synch all the time. It just takes away her credibility as a singer. 

 

PS : I also dont understand why people said her music arent good. I mean Max Martin has been considered by many as a musical genius. Having been working with him for multiple albums must have mean that she did record a lot of good music from the best in the business.
