Britney felt like Sam Asghari couldn’t handle her freedom and was trying to control her

When Britney finally became free of the conservatorship, she vowed to never let anyone else control her again. It appears this, in part, led to her breakup with Sam. According to a source via ET, Britney "wanted to embrace her freedom and felt like Sam couldn't necessarily handle that." A second source added, "Britney will never let another person control her, and she felt like that was starting to happen again."

The source continued: "Sam didn't let her do a lot of things without him. Before Britney's conservatorship ended, Sam was very supportive. Once it ended, Britney felt very free, but that eventually changed based on certain dynamics in her relationship with Sam."

It's only been about a week since news of their split made headlines, and Britney's wasting no time. She was spotted by grabbing a late-night bite to eat with a friend (who apparently called the photogs ahead of time), followed by a boyz (sometimes a girl just needs one) hang out sesh.

From here on out Britney is calling the shots.

If this is true, maybe he was the one who made it more difficult for her to heal all along. Let's hope she will find peace more easily now

Hmm, interesting. I thought one of two things about the reason.

1. Britney changed her mind about having a family and it was a deal breaker.

2. Pressure from one of them. Either Sam wanting Britney to be some idealized version he had, or Britney wanting Sam to slow down to have a family and he said no.

I wish Britney all the best. She deserves happiness and peace, hopefully, she can find someone who will love her unconditionally.

Well, after years in a conservatorship Britney wants to be experimental and do whatever she wants. 

It's not the best moment for a marriage nor a relationship. She needs to heal and live her life. Love will come with time.

Very believable. Relationships change and it's no one's fault. Doesn't mean scam still isn't a gold digging piece of trash as well.  Britney is finally going to live for herself only and it's what she deserves

Yes!! It reminds me of people who are addicts in recovery. It's recommend not to have a relationship for at least a year after you choose to get sober. It's a very important time where focus needs to be 100% on them and their journey. Same for abuse survivors, Britney needs to learn who she is on her own.
