Wouldn't be surprised... Bey is flopping chart-wise and isn't bringing in the numbers she used to.  She probably wanted to bring a bunch of celebs and milk their image to garner some media buzz.

in my opinion, why should Britney only appear in Bey's MV? If it were a feature, then yes, but this way it's like Bey is somehow more important than Brit, like a status battle. Idk, i dont like it somehow

She also never outed support towards freebritney or anything. She just jumps on the bandwagon as Britney is making headlines left and right with all the drama and Beyonce sees it as a publicity stunt.

Beyoncé has two hits, an acclaimed album, tipped to win several Grammys, including the most important of the night, is about to start a stadium tour and currently has a song in the top 10 of Billboard without a video or performance. Do you really think she needs to use a person who is currently only in the news for posting ***** of dubious quality or attacking random people? Britney's publicity is negative, and nobody wants to delve into her drama. Wake up, it's not 2004 anymore.
