Well, she allowed herself going out dining at a fine dining restaurant with her hair so untidy with horrible extensions exposed,like that..... Don't blame the people picking on her.... She brought it herself. 

NO ONE would going out with hair like that... let along Britney Spears who is a well known wealthy public figure.... At Least Comb it... or fix the extensions....  Sam was well-dressed for Britneys Birthday dinner .... while the Birthday girl herself didn't even care for at least dress tidy.

My guess is it's been taken down because the TikTok woman isn't actually related to the parents or person who took the pictures/video, who found out about this TikTok and then told her to delete it due to copyright infringement and for her ignorant hatefull comments and bogus story.
