NOTE:

• His father's name is "James Watson" and his mother's name is "Holly Watson."
• JL married him in 2014. This may end up being a key date! Why? The first $50-million mortgage occurred in 2003 and may have been between his parents...That tells me that it is common in his family to undertake this activity.

I keep trying to go back to what a multiple indebtedness mortgage actually is and how/why people use it. The only state that ever pops up for this mortgage type is Louisiana and it sounds like bad news every time. Like a sneaky way to get a line of credit without saying why you need the credit or when you plan to use it.

So it appears as if JL's husband learned this trick from his father, who pulled it off back in 2003.

After that, JL's husband pulled it off three more times...2014, 2017, and 2020.

JL's husband may have shown this trick to Bryan Spears, who also pulled it off two months before JL's husband did back in 2014.

What was so special about 2014?

2017 is an easy guess...This is the time period that Britney's will is amended and the BJS Kids & Family Trust is created, and when JL asks to become trustee of the SJB Revocable Trust and to eventually move the contents into blocked accounts.

2020 is easy...James Spears needed to be bonded.

But what happened in 2014?!

I looked all of these up by latitude/longitude and most of it is land. Buying land and remortgaging it with a multiple indebtedness mortgage rather than selling it for a profit seems to be the way people get lines of credit in Louisiana.

We've done a lot of work on this in the "Lynne Spears' Legal Manoeuvres" thread...But now it's the new mortgages in this thread that we need to find the coordinates for so that @RebellionSparkles can input them into her spreadsheet.

It's Mortgages #1 to 4 for James Watson, and Mortgage #1 for Bryan Spears that we need to find.

Fast forward to 2021. The FX doc comes out in February, and a month later Ingham appoints Jodi the personal conservator. I hate Wikipedia but someone did their job on connecting these dots.. "Ingham filed a petition to permanently replace Jamie with Montgomery as the conservator of Spears's person, citing a 2014 order that determined that Spears did not have the capacity to consent to medical treatment of any form."

Chloe Melas reported on February 2021 .. Here's what I have in the Chronological Timeline...I wonder if they match up?

Key Dates:

Mar. 5, 2019 - The probate court issues amended letters of conservatorship to Jamie Spears, reflecting that he must furnish a bond of $47,285,400.00.

Aug. 8, 2019 - James Spears pays $49,545.00 from Britney's estate to secure a bond with Bond Services of California, LLC. The bond covers the period from March 5, 2019 to March 5, 2020.

Mar. 5, 2020 - The bond issued to James P. Spears by Bond Services of California, LLC expires.

Who are Benjamin and Christina Spears? Related?

How about Bridget and David Spears?

Both couples have also taken out $50,000,000.00 mortgages...Is this something that's just common in LA?
