If I'm mapping this out right, Bryan buys first street in 1997 for $20K. The deed described it as being near the intersect of Highway 51 and Avenue D in Kentwood. First street is parallel to that part of Highway 51. In the 90s, he starts doing some lease-to-buy things with it, unsuccessfully tries to sell it off, then it sits around til 2014 when he does the MIM. Does this sound right?

We found several sus mortgages for $50M. The most important one is from March 3, 2020. 

March 3, 2020 a $50M mortgage taken out by Mr & Mrs. Jamie Lynn Spears Watson 2 days before the 2019 CONservatorship bond expired, and a new CON bond would be required for Jamie P. Spears to continue as CONservator. September 18, 2017 Jamie P Watson III (Jamie Lynn’s husband) sells himself a property for $37,000 and immediately mortgages it for $50M.

Lambsypoet-->Andrew Wallet and James Spears used Bridgmore Timber as their liability company. Reginald Covington was the patsy for this operation (Reginald Covington=Uncle Reggie=Britney’s uncle=Laura Lynn’s father)

Uncle Reggie was a Director at the local Kentwood Community Bank

(2) THE MYSTERY OF NYC APARTMENT #803

@Ghoulia uncovered an apartment that Britney owned which no one knew about and was never mentioned in the CON accountings. Apartment #803 is in the Silk building in NY—the same building as Brit’s known NYC apartment—the penthouse suite (combined #1109 & #1110)—which was sold in 2006.

Britney owned apartment #803 2001-2011. It was bought through her company One More Time Music in 2001. Her business manager, Bert Padell, acted as her Power of Attorney. In 2011, Tri Star sold this apartment, in their capacity as Brit’s business manager.

An odd twist for Apartment #803 is the connection to Dan Dymtrow, B’s biz manager after she fired Larry in 2004. Dan Dymtrow sued Taylor Swift in 2008. The lawyer representing Dymtrow listed his address as the Mystery Apartment #803. Britney would have owned the apartment at that time. Links to discussion below.

An apparent source of financial mismanagement of Britney's earnings is Britney Touring, Inc – a leaky sieve identified

There are five branches of Britney Touring, Inc…this appears to be one of the leaky sieves in Britney’s estate. Johnny Wright, in his lawsuits, accuses Britney’s team of diverting money away from Britney Touring to prevent paying him his contracted fees.

Do you happen to remember which IG/Twitter post Britney said “she bought an $xx million dollar apartment for her Brother.” It was in context of her describing how she had financially supported her family over the years. 
I have been wondering if that comment relates to #803 but I can’t find the post. 

Do any of the Stan twitters etc do a good job of tracking B’s social media posts in chronological order? Obvs including the deleted ones, which are like 50% of her posts.

She mentioned the $2mil apartment in the note she gave to Andrew Gallery early in the con. Here's where he reads that part on TikTok.

At the very least, they seemed to spend the height of the pandemic there, which we could see in Insta stories from JL and heard about in recent stories from Britney. But I wouldn't be shocked if they all stayed there since the con really blew up around that time. 

What other properties could they be staying at? Most of what we tracked down is just land.

I was googling to figure out what the heck was going on with this third apartment.  I didn't find any news/tabloid coverage of it but I did find something else.

I can't find anything on twitter regarding an instagram post, all I see are tweets from September 28th 2021, "Britney vs Spears" release date, that seem to reference Britney's letter to Andrew Gallery, which was read in the documentary.

I did come across a magazine clipping, saying "The pop star recently purchased a #1.5 million apartment in New York City's Greenwich Village, where her brother Bryan will live."

I don't think it's very helpful at all though. There's no date, but it says Serenity was being built so I'm guessing this must be 2000?
