Just a reminder guys, Vivian was the Lawyer for the Conservatorship/Conservator, technically she wouldn't work for him after this point anyway as Jamie himself was never technically her client.

I'm guessing Zabel fired Vivian once receiving all papers as he no longer wanted her to be the Lawyer for the Conservatorship/Estate.

No, Jamie Spears no longer controls Britney's money. Vivian was being paid by Britney's estate as she was lawyer of the conservatorship/conservator, and now that Jamie's suspended there was no more money for her fees so she stepped down. And actually, I think Vivian mentioned that her fees for the last 6 months was still not approved or paid or something so Rosengart can easily make Jamie also pay from his own pocket

For the first time since the conservatorship started, this is the first time I'm actually calm about a court date. Jamie is clearly fighting his hardest but there's next to nothing that he can actually do now. Time is up for team C and justice will be served. I can feel it

She isn't completely gone yet.  Not until she gets her fees paid which Rosemary is still disputing in the court (allegedly).  So, I'm sure she'll be screaming for daddy again on or around Nov 12.  *allegedly for entertainment purposes only*

Yes, Zabel has his own lawyer apparently which was mentioned in the legal papers appointing him, so Vivian is absolutely gone as the lawyer for the conservator   She will no doubt be back in court to get her outstanding fees paid though.
